He built the window wells much smaller than I asked and it's very difficult to get out of the basement windows. The patio isn't level, and I've given him several months to fix the problem. Today, now that it's October, he said he's not going to send someone to fix it. Water is pooling in front of the front steps instead of flowing away from the house. He kept promising and promising, and postponing and postponing, and now he's not even going to fix the problem at all. He also hasn't gotten the window well covers even though it was on our bid and it has been over three months now. Very unprofessional and poor work.

It's hard to distinguish between the new and old concrete. The design and layout matches so well, it feels it's always been there. He responded quickly and was overall excellent with communication. He had great recommendations for the project. He worked into the evening some days, did exactly what he said he would and when.
