Wow. Just a girl in her feels wanting to get her mama flowers so I pull in here. They have a large sign visible from the street and easy access parking. I walk in the doors and straight to the fridgeerated area where there were about a dozen bouquets ready made. Some had vases attached and some were not in vases - so good options. I went with a $50 bouquet and man oh man was it huge. Honestly two bouquets in one. The flowers were so varied and beautiful, a rainbow of colors. Everything so healthy! I took them to my mom who loved them and honestly look at the picture I attached- cannot stress how big and beautiful this bouquet was!!!! read more

I was going to just go to Trader Joe's and put together a bouquet on my own for our wedding. but my fiancé insisted on buying me a bridal bouquet. They asked for my inspo picture and they did tell me that there was a purple flower out of season. Okay, no problem. I asked if they could add white daisies, my favorite flower, and they said it would make the bouquet pale but they could add chamomile instead. I said okay. This is what they gave us. And that's only after my fiancé asked why there was no orange in it. They redid it right in front of him. Apparently, the orange was out of season so they added some random orange flower. I was surprised they added two big white hydrangeas after they told me white daisies would pale the bouquet. The flowers also looked like they were not fresh at all which is the whole point of florists. They didn't cut the stem at the bottom either even though we told them it was a bridal bouquet. And they left a few thorns in it too. I wish they had just stuck to the colors I showed them instead of adding random white flowers that I don't even like just to fill it up. I would have preferred a smaller bouquet instead of an oversized bouquet that doesn't even look like a bridal bouquet because of the long stems at the bottom. This wasn't worth $100. For that amount of money I expect fresh flowers. I've seen better looking bouquets at Stater Bros for $25 Edit: I changed my review from 1 star to 2 stars because I wrote this while upset. However, while the flowers were nice I did have to cut my own stems at the bottom while on the way to my wedding. read more

I am incredibly disappointed with the delivery service and the professionalism of the deliverer. On my work front door is my phone number for people to contact me when no one is here which the deliverer used to text me. When I explained no one was there nor would be there until the following morning the driver stopped responding to me even though I was watching him from a camera still on his phone blatantly ignoring me. He left the flowers and chocolate that were sent to me in the direct sunlight (keep in mind it was 109 degrees outside) knowing they would be there for 17 hours before anyone could collect. By the time I was able to get to them the chocolates were oozing out of the packaging, through the paper bag and onto the concrete, devoured by ants. The flowers burnt and destroyed from the scorching sun. All of it had to be thrown away and now I am dealing with an immense amount of ants outside my work front door and a chocolate mess that was hard to clean up and took time away from my busy work day. The fact someone spent money to gift me a sweet gesture be delivered with such carelessness is heartbreaking. If the deliverer would have continued to communicate with me like a professional instead of ignore me I would have been able to ask if I could pick them up instead of him leaving them. The delivery driver also marked "delivered" August 6th but did not deliver until August 7th which caused problems between me and the sender because he thought I was lying. Such an absolute nightmare of a situation. read more

I placed an order over the phone this morning and specifically asked for pink roses, and carnations in pinks/white colors. This is what they delivered today. Zero carnations and random colors. Hello, I placed an order which contained: * Two dozen of flowers a mixture of red roses and carnations * 1 small teddy bear * 1 small box of chocolates Total cost with taxes and shipping was $142.10 My delivery was scheduled for Valentines Day, February 14, 2023, at 1800 hours. I understood due to the holiday and amount of orders that time could vary. As a result I did not call on the progress of my order or status but tracked it online using the automated system. However, the system indicated my order was being delivered. On Tuesday, February 15, 2023, my order arrived. I asked the driver what had happened. However, due to a language barrier he transferred me to his boss Maria (Riverside Flower Club). She said they were unable to fill all of the orders from yesterday to the amount of volume. I explained that I understood what she was saying but did not understand why I was not informed so I could attempt to make alternative arrangements. I wanted to know what sorta of compensation her company who give me if I accepted the flowers the day after since as of now I already MISSED VALENTINES DAY. Maria was not sure she could. Maria said we should just take them back and you can ask for a refund. In Summary: No flowers on Valentines Day for my wife who just delivered our daughter on February 4, 2023. I had the best experience recently! I feel awful I can't remember her name but it started with a "D". I had called first to see if they could help with an unpopular request. For my handfast, I wanted a GREEN theme of flowers and filler for a floral crown. Not only did she help me go through a list of requests I had made to see what they had available and what I could even get a discount on, but she also helped me and my now mother-in-law in store later that day by bringing out every flower she thought I would like.
