This place is a nightmare. The parking spots are ridiculously tight, making it nearly impossible to park without scratching your car or bumping into someone else. To make things worse, you have to drive on the wrong side of the lane in several areas, which is both confusing and dangerous. And if that wasn't bad enough, the ceilings are insanely low -- I hit my car on the concrete in several places, and it's clear that others have too, given all the chunks of broken concrete hanging down. The whole place feels like an accident waiting to happen. I will never park here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

We pulled into this garage to check prices and not only were no prices posted, but there was no way to turn around without taking a ticket. Even when we left, they didn't tell us how much it cost, so we will just need to wait and see what it charges to our card. read more

I never thought I'd need to leave a review for a parking garage! Now here we are. My credit card got skimmed and stolen! The garage is horrible designed, forget maneuvering any large SUV or truck. But seriously, you have to swipe your credit card to get in and get out, and the next day my card info was duplicated and I had to close my account. My car was broken into and I was just across the street for two hours. Not even sure how they got into my car it was locked , no window broken either. They just took all my change and my moms lunch bag with her money and credit cards. read more

After reading all the bad reviews, I was worried to park here but did not want to pay the $50 overnight parking at my hotel. I made a reservation through Spot Hero and got a great deal. The spaces ARE tight and the lanes are on opposite sides, but I was able to wheel my luggage to the hotel and leave my car overnight no problem. This garage is quite bizarre. entrance is on the left so you are driving UK style. Spots are tight as is the drive up levels Signage is poor and walked around a bit to get and find elevator. Lastly, paid at walk up before getting to car. By the time we waited in car line to get out. Garage charged us "late fee" of $3 in addition to parking fee. I park here because I currently work in the building. Tight angles, small spaces and very Confusing. Elevators are hidden. The signs are not helpful to remember where you parked at all. Stairs will take you down up down then dump you into an alley if you find the one door that opens in the last hall of unmarked doors. Another stairwell will dump you into a whole different garage. Good luck finding that door on the way back. You can almost get hit by cars if you're walking at the ramp. I once used my panic button so I could hear my way back to my vehicle. Its$30 whether you're there an hour or 24 hours. Unless you buy a monthly pass for $290. Also the machines are antiquated, require tickets and card swipes. If you lose your ticket, or can't find your wallet, especially after hours, YOURE SCREWED! You cannot back up and you cannot exit!! Cars will pile behind you! Oh and when you do exit, immediately watch for and expect scooters and pedestrians! read more

What, are we in the UK? What's with the reversed lanes here? Instead of driving on the right, arrows indicate you are to drive on the left. Yes, I'm serious. So very weird and confusing. Considering this is an area filled with nightlife, this seems like an inopportune plan. Also, the turns are quite tight when trying to leave the building. Just very strange. Parked in the Perry Brooks Garage on a trip back from South Texas to Dallas on Thursday March 23rd. Stopped in Austin for lunch and this parking garage was convenient to the restaurant. I had an issue when I went to leave as you need to slide a credit card in when you enter to park and again when you leave. For some reason the pay machine would not recognize my card on the way to go out. I was unable to unlock the door to get to the elevator to get to my vehicle. The only option was to print a lost ticket receipt which ended charging my card (the same one it didn't recognize) for $60. I was only parked for two hours. I called the owners of the garage the next day and they were quick to immediately credit my card back for the $40 overcharge. I cannot hold them responsible for a system malfunction. Those things happen. They were quick to correct the situation so I would recommend this garage for parking and would have no issues with using them again. read more

This is the WORST parking garage in Austin. We went to the Driskill hotel and parked here because it was across the street. All the doors were locked when we returned and we found a cleaning lady that was kind enough to open the elevator for us. Otherwise, we would have had to walk the ramps up to the 4th floor. The entry and exit must have been designed by Europeans because you drive on the LEFT not the right. It is just a head on collision waiting to happen. And, we parked for two hours and it was $30 FRICKING DOLLARS. Overpriced and don't ever, ever park here. Tell your friends... read more
