We live in San Antonio, but (embarrassingly) it is often cheaper to fly out of Austin. So, we schlep our buts through the horrible Austin traffic to save a few hundred dollars. We had a loaner car and were unable to benefit from DV parking at the airport. Did some research and found Park & Zoom. These guys are top notch! They picked us up AT OUR CAR drove the short distance to the airport. Our car was in a safe, covered parking spot. On returning from our vacay, we waited less than 5 minutes for the van to appear. The drivers are very nice. They dropped us off AT OUR CAR. Very impressive. This is a well oiled machine. Next time we fly from ATX, if we must pay to park, we'll gladly use Park & Zoom. read more

Park & Zoom at AUS is great. We parked there early yesterday morning and flew to IAH for a connection to St. Thomas. Thanks to Trump and Maduro, all Caribbean airspace was closed yesterday and our flight was cancelled. We returned to AUS and P & Z waived the charge. I'm a loyal customer. read more

This covered parking is only a couple bucks more expensive than airport parking, so sometimes I treat myself to this lot. As for whether the shuttles are faster, that hasn't been my experience -- often the P&Z shuttles spend a lot of time waiting on people puttering around to park -- so it's probably negligible. On my last trip, CJ saved me a few bucks by pointing out that you could sign up for their club/download the app and get a discount the same day. He was a good salesman, even spent some time shouting out the advantages of Park&Zoom to passersby at the airport terminal. I absolutely hate the environmental impact of bottled water and try to avoid it at all costs, so that part is not a selling point for me. But given that we do get hail in Austin, the covered parking is probably the biggest advantage. read more

It's a bit pricey, but I'm not sure what the other options around the airport cost. It is super close to the airport, staff is always pretty nice, free water upon exiting, usually rather quick pickup from your car and airport. We used them at least 5x and all visits were satisfactory. All the spots here are covered which is super nice. The staff at a minimum is normally pretty nice. However on my recent trip CJ was super cool. First he helped a ton with our luggage. He also told us about a 10% off coupon and how to actually used it at checkout. So 10 stars to CJ. Again, I have only used the Airport parking itself and Park & Zoom. While more costly, I prefer Park and Zoom of the two because it just feel faster and more efficient. I have not tried the other 3 party parking solutions, but choose this because it's 1) covered 2) close and convenient. read more

My wife and I had a wonderful experience parking with Park & Zoom for the first time. We parked in the valet section, the wait for a shuttle to the airport was very short and there was a shuttle waiting for us when we landed. When we return to the parking facility our vehicle was staged at the front of the facility running and cooled down. Checking out and the payment process was also a breeze. On both occasions the drivers were very polite and courteous and helped us load and unload our bags (and I had golf clubs). I travel for work weekly and had bad experiences and delays using other shuttle and park services around the Austin airport but had always passed by Park&Zoom and finally decided to give it a try. First of all the staff is incredible. I have not run into a single employee that has ever been even remotely disrespectful or un-enthused. They are all so kind and eager to help get you to where you need to be. Booking a reservation is easy cheap and the first time is free. The parking is super close to the airport which is half the reason I love it and the shuttles are running like clockwork so once you park you're at the airport within 5-10 minutes. And thats max! Work travel would be horrible without the convenience of park and zoom. Thanks for everything y'all! read more

They didn't give us a pay ticket when we came in because we were with another car and they told us the other car had us covered online and we were good to go in to park. When we got back from the trip they wouldn't let us leave despite being with the other car because we didn't have a ticket, which they didn't give us and said we didn't need. They charged us extra for "losing the ticket" despite having never gotten one... I think they saw a teenage girl driving and thought it'd be an easy way to exploit money. Well it worked. The exit worker also didn't speak english so we had to wait for a manager to come and he charged us the extra fee. The shuttle staff were wonderful though. read more

The clear wrap was accidentally damaged by the detail crew and they went out of their way to make sure it was corrected. My driver CJ was amazing. I came to Texas with a friend and we used Park & Zoom as a way to pick up and drop off our turo rental. When it was time for me to leave, I was picked up by CJ in the shuttle and he kindly helped to carry my luggages up into the shuttle. During our short ride, CJ was very entertaining and quite knowledgeable in sharing with me and another passenger info about Park & Zoom. I'm a tourist so I personally did not have a "membership," but I was just amazed at the genuinely clean and well-presented speech he had during the ride to the terminals. Likewise, he was kind enough to bring me to the lower level of the airport so I can get to my Uber. He even carried my heavy luggages across the street! I had no idea how many complementary services they offered, such as jumping your car, airing up your tires, etc. I would have never known if there weren't for drivers like CJ. He gave us all kinds of interesting info and let everyone know about Park & Zoom club which we also signed up for. Excellent service from CJ. I don't normally take the time to write these kinds of reviews. However, CJ's amazing charisma compelled me to write one. We park at Park and Zoom anytime we travel. It wasn't until yesterday that I heard about a lot of the additional beneficial services. CJ made several "dad jokes" as well, since we were parked in section B4. We chose Park and Zoom because it is the only shuttle service that is always there when we arrive. This is especially important when your flight is delayed and you don't get back until 2 AM. One thing I might change is the App which doesn't always work correctly when we check in and several times we've forgotten to apply the coupon, I wish it would just do it automatically. read more

Had a great experience coming back on a flight. CJ was a great driver -told us everything about park and zoom, the app, and everything. Top driver with good personality. Happy for the rapid through service. He is 5 stars! The App and checkout experience is absolutely horrible. 1 star. Steps that I took: 1. scan your pass on the app - You have to change your phone from dark to light mode, to get your frequent park barcode to scan, even with the screen brightness on full. The development team could have just changed the colors themselves, rather than pull the systemwide standard (which Is why you need to , when they could just change the background screen for the scanner to work. 1.5 Select credit card. 1.6 try to scan the discount voucher - it beeps but doesn't work, no discount applied. No messages why. 1.7 go back, go back. 2. to apply a discount hit validation scan code. 3. hit credit card. 4. tap your credit card go through the screens. 5. hit receipt - to get a receipt. Vouchers should be able to be applied in the credit card screen (like most online stores), or at any time really - a voucher is not a validation. The instruction manual they post next to it -is an indication that it should be much easier to use. A good UX designer would make this all flow significantly better. read more
