Back in the day I flew in a lot of small planes and flew into a lot of hole in the wall private airfields. This was not a hole in the wall! Free to all Sun 'n Fun pilots during the entire week of the annual Airplane fly-in, the gentlemen at Waycross have become renown for not only their southern hospitality but also their southern cookin'. Take a risk and go for the Chernoble hot sauce - it's worth it! Also - don't sleep on their "weenies," they're delish (even if the chef did claim they were armadillo-based).
