Inasmuch as I have knowledge and experience in electrical, I chose the other business for the service. I received an invoice for Caulfield service call, which was legitimate, but when I went into the store and spoke with Taylor Caulfield describing the action ( or inaction) his service personnel did, compared to the use of an ohm meter completed by the other company, Mr. Caulfield withdrew the request for payment regarding the service call. This was both appropriate and ethical. I will recommend Caulfield services based on this interaction.

In this case a personal friend recommended these fine folks to me, and I'll be forever grateful. My refrigerator needed rehabilitation. It was an unusual size and would be hard to replace. The ice maker was kaput, and the door hinges were screwed up and a couple of other things. Scheduling- It was super easy to make my first appointment about a week away. During the first appointment, it was discovered a part needed to be ordered that would take three days to arrive and they were back in exactly three days to finish the job. Sooo, scheduling was five stars! Competence- This guy (Jeremy) had been there, done that, and got all the t-shirts about 1000 times! Watching him work was incredible as his expertise was awesome! Five stars. Customer Service- Jeremy was very personal and patient with my questions. When he left, I felt well taken care of. Pricing- Very fair. I expected more so that was great! Every homeowner or renter needs vendors that they can rely on to keep everything in top shape. I'm delighted to add this great business to my collection!

We received nothing short of five-star service: * My inquiry…read morefrom the website was promptly answered * Information was succinctly and accurately provided, including a quote for the entire charge for the service * I was able to make an appointment for later in day * Technicians arrived promptly, preceded by both a text-based ETA and then a phone call * Technicians were friendly, polite, and very considerate, cleaning my driveway and then rolling up the hose for me (waaaay above and beyond any reasonable expectation considering they found the hose in a tangled pile in the grass) * Charge for service was lower than I expected and service was better than I expected! I want to underline two items which were VERY important to me: EVERYTHING, from me submitting inquiries through e-mail and their website, to their subsequent responses and same-day scheduling, was completed online! This is something of which other companies in the Okeechobee area should take note, because some of them have lost my business because they did not answer my online inquiries. Also, the exceptional cost and services for the pump-out service, makes me more likely to call Austin sooner than later (i.e. instead of waiting until I am sure that the tank needs to be pumped again).
