Unfortunately, she recently "aged out" of the Pediatrician's practice and her first appointment with her new primary isn't for another month. So, we were stuck with going to an Urgent Care facility. I called around to see which urgent cares had the rapid test. Principio Urgent Care told me they did. After 2 hours waiting to be seen, the nurse took a flu culture. I mentioned the strep concern and she told us that they have been out of the rapid test for 2 weeks! Thanks a lot for wasting our time!!!!! This is really irritating! It would be nice if they communicated this information to their patients. After all, I specifically asked!

The office is antique and outdated in appearance. They have to constantly find replacement staff as no one stays for any length of time. Just keep going, do not stop here for your care! It's third worldly to say the least!

I was given this location by my insurance for urgent care. I called ahead because my insurance told…read moreme they closed at 6pm but their website listed 5pm. When I called they confirmed they closed at 6pm. When my son and I arrived there was no one in the waiting room, just two ladies behind the desk. I filled out my paperwork and then we were shown a room. We waited for about 15 minutes when a lady from the front desk walked in with a laptop. They had the doctor on a video call. I left and explained at no point did they tell me they were doing a video call. She stated, "Oh I thought we told you." No they did not. Called my insurance company immediately to let them know and to not refer anyone else to this facility.

Called Wed, they gave me an appointment for the next morning at 9:30am. I showed up a few minutes before my appointment, finally at 10:05 they finally looked at the sign-in sheet. Then they told me that I didn't have an appointment, only to find out that they booked it incorrectly for the previous day- that was early than the time I called. Once we figured that out, they told me that they wouldn't see me. I needed to go to Patient First or find time to see my regular doctor. I told them the nature of my appointment when i called- why didn't they tell me then they wouldn't see me. The part the REALLY made me mad was that they took a walk-in WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE. Boo, what a mess. Maybe I dodged a bullet.
