sign says in by 9 out by 5 should add disclaimer "unless the guy who picks up the clothes gets there early and has left" This cleaners used to do the work on site. they now are drop off only. Service and dependability has suffered ever since. Quality was previously passable but dependable. Just not worth my time anymore. read more

Don't recommend if you need your items back the same day!! I would give them no star rating if i was a selection. I have been using this cleaners for years and never had any issues; it seems it is under new management and better customer service. Previous times I needed it back the same they made sure I would receive it. Also, advertisement is posted saying receive the same day if brought in by 9:00 am I took a blazer in by 8:30 in the morning and I asked before I left my garment if I can get it back the same day; she said YES and also said the people had been told to return everything that was sent today. I went to pick up my garment and it was not there; called and she was told it would not be ready until Monday. I told her I would not have left the blazer with her if she could not return it the same day. She said you can wear something else with a smirk grin. I told her no, this is what I expected to receive, and you cannot tell me to wear something else because you did not live up to your obligation. He won't reach out to me this is one place I would avoid if you are looking to get the clothes back that you drop off. I took my wedding dress in and got it back in 2 days. It was perfectly clean and they even got out an ink stain that I was convinced wouldn't come out. They were awesome and I will definitely go here for all my dry cleaning needs. My favorite part was that it only cost $50, but that is because there was no beadwork on the dress. read more

Several days ago, I dropped off a blouse to be dry cleaned. I am diabled and have not worked in 4 years, so I rarely dry clean anything, however, this was a new blouse and I just loved it! Well, I went to pick it up today and my total bill was $ 8.14. I was mortified and had to repeat this figure to the cashier. I loudly reiterated $8.14 cents, for real??? The clerk merely nodded her head. I almost left the blouse there. I paid $20 (on a big sale) for it from Forever 21 and had worn it one time. It is unconscionable that this company would charge this outrageous amount to dry clean one item. Back when I worked, it was nothing for me to drop off 5-12 garments every 10 days or so. Holy cow, this place would have to start offering low interest loans at that rate! I have been going to this dry cleaners for the past 18 years and have had a wonderful experience each and every time. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. I recently brought an evening gown to them that had spots stains and a little bit of odor on it. Due to the care label instructions it said to spot clean only so I brought it to the cleaners to see if they could do anything about it. It came out even better looking than when I bought it new. I came to pick up 4 pieces that was dropped off yesterday and was told by the employee that I will have my grandson graduation suit and his Graduation Garment would be ready the next day at 1 PM I called the next day at 10 AM to confirm that it would be ready arrived here at 1:12 PM only to encounter the owner Minaz Bata who I Gave him a ticket showing four pieces he then got one piece and try to argue with me and told me that I only have one piece I told him to look at the receipt that I gave him that clearly shows that I have four pieces he then told me that the items were not ready and I would have to wait till 5 o'clock to get it which does not work for me because my grandson graduation is at that time I explained it to him the owner He was never apologetic he just told me that he did not tell me that it was going to be 5 o'clock he change his story and said come back in an hour I was wasting his time and what do he need me to do put out a red carpet I felt insulted for him to asked me if he needs if I need for him to put out a red carpet and then he proceeded to help the other customer was never apologetic horrible customer service. read more

I thought I'd found the best cleaners around. It was close to home, cost is reasonable and it had a drive thru. I was wrong. They ruined a coat by turning it blue then claimed that it was the coat's fault. I figured they would refund my money or at least give me a future discount. This place doesn't do that. I've been using Perry's Cleaners in Garland for over two years and am completely satisfied. The quality of cleaning has always been high, the buttons on my shirts are never broken like they were at a previous cleaners, and the customer service is always friendly and accommodating. Our garments have always been ready by the advertised day and time, and more than once I've been able to pick up right at closing time with no issues. The drop box is convenient for after-hours drop-offs, and monthly billing makes the pick-up experience very easy. In the one dispute I had, the manager showed me the entire process, explained that the damage was not caused by their equipment, and provided a substantial credit to my account anyway as a courtesy. I later chose to return the credit when we confirmed that the source of the damage was indeed not the cleaners. Very satisfied customer. read more

I had a horrible experience with this facility. I took 14 of my husband's long sleeved expensive dress shirts to be laundered and pressed. After picking them up I noticed that all but about 3 were ironed semiprofessional. Some of the sleeves were skipped altogether and creases in places they shouldn't have been. When I called to rectify they said they would redo them w/o charge. Duh! We've been using this Perry's about every other week for about 2 years. The women are friendly and know us by name! Occasionally there would be a tall man - never friendly. Recently noticed they have signage up that says "we accept competitor coupons" and went there yesterday with several competitor coupons - which we never have done. The tall man (who refused to give me his name!) was working. I told him we noticed the sign so brought along coupons, can you help see which I could use. He said no to each one. Said if it said up to 30% off he would accept it. Refused every other coupon - for shirts, dry cleaning - from several other local cleaners. I said "You have a sign up, we are regular customers for years, I'm asking to use any of many coupons and you are refusing all?!" He replied "We don't bargain here, go give them your business!". I said "That's your response to a loyal customer who just asked to use a coupon as you advertise?!" We will never give them our business again!
