The staff here is very friendly and the drive-thru drop-off and pick-up is super convenient. However, the prices are high and my clothes have come back several times with a cigarette smoke type of smell. I've continued to use HK's for convenience (it's also very close to my home), but I'm trying someplace new to compare and contrast my experience here. I have had my winter coats dry cleaned here for two years in a row now. Both times were great. The second time I pointed out that I knew a button was missing on one before dropping it off, and that I have it at home. When I picked up my coat, they had sewn on a button for me at no charge, and it matched perfectly. I was very thankful for that super service. read more

I took some slacks in for hemming. I changed in a little changing room, stood on a platform while he pinned the legs, and changed again. The pants were ready in one week at a charge of $12.99. Very good experience. read more

Love the express bag service, regularly use them weekly. Their prices are very reasonable and they are timely. Considering the frequency of my visits and that I've never had a garment go missing, it's been top notch. Only thing I've noticed is that unless I advise them of a spot or stain, it doesn't get cleaned. read more

Being new to area means so many changes. I came from a place maybe they don't know any better but when I ask for starch? I want starch lol. Especially if I'm being charged it. I explained my situation I need to look sharp for my new job on Monday. Dropped off on Tuesday or Wednesday I believe and was ready before 5 on Friday. Checked my shirts I could feel the starch on them. They clean and crisp and the arms were pinned to not get wrinkled. I have NEVER been so excited to get my clothes lol. The lady at the desk (please forgive me) was so nice and talked to me about what laundered vs dry cleaning etc.. hell I had no idea. Anywho these are my new folks. I've been a customer of this cleaners for several years and have given them plenty of business, so when I had a nice dress shirt come back with a large section of it with pulls on it I thought for sure they'd make it right. To my surprise, they did not. They tried blaming it on the shirt at first as a manufacturer defect and then said it was my fault because it was rubbed up against something. Considering I've only worn the shirt twice ever and it sits in my closet hung up the rest of the time, and I know I didn't go rub up against a brick wall I can say with a 100.% certainty the only thing it could have rubbed up against was the machine used to clean it. Then after telling me it's my fault they proceeded to charge me $6.50 for 1 pair of slacks to be dry cleaned. No discount, no coupon, no attempt at replacing my $65 dress shirt, nothing. That place is super convenient for me, but given there lack of care when things go wrong I definetly won't be back and I'll make sure to tell as many people as I can to not go there as well. read more

I LOVE this dry cleaners. I have been a patron for a little over three years after moving into the area. They are a bit pricey but give a special touch that makes the price "almost" worth it. I love the fact my business suit arms are packed with tissue to help hold the shape. Wished they offered some specials from time to time for the regular customers. They always get it right. I have never had one issue with clothes not meeting my expectation after being cleaned or lost items. I'm only giving a four star rating due to price....other than that I am a HUGE fan. read more

My first & last visit here. I came because of all of the good reviews but I did not have a good experience. Upon picking up my dress I pointed out that there where makeup stains still visible but was told since they were on the inside of dress/straps & you couldn't see them while wearing the dress then it didn't matter. I asked them to re-clean the dress because it did matter to me & was told they would recharge me. It should have been thourouly cleaned the first time. Quick turn around time but bad customer service. read more

I have used their services for over a year. Dry cleaning and tailoring. I never really had an issue until recently. My issue is with the tailoring of dress pants. The stitch they use is a very delicate non intrusive type of stitch. One stitch failed 8 weeks ago. Then another stitch failed 4 weeks ago. The female owner charged me $4.00 to repair the stitch. For the second fix up job, the male owner charged me $10.00 for the repair. The male owner was not there when I picked up the pants so the employee could not do anything about it. I can not back up a company that will not stand up for it's own service. read more
