Love this cute ice cream stand! They have so many flavors of soft serve and hard ice cream. The special flavor with caramel was sweet and creamy, sorry, I don't remember the name. The Oreo cookie ice cream was delicious but the berry acai with granola was the grandkids' favorite. My granddaughter was pleased the pumpkin soft serve was her first pumpkin item for the upcoming season. It tasted like real pumpkin, not pumpkin spice seasoning. As far as last stands go, this one was better than Custer's but not quite as good as the Alamo. However, judging solely on the ice cream, it's far and away the best! Great variety of flavors, dishes, bowls, cones and novelties. Helpful and patient (...or maybe I'll have the Toasted Coconut...) staff. Seafood looked good in passing but have yet to try it. Soon. Ok ice cream, ok service. Nothing too special here. Ordered the snickers ice cream in a waffle cone and really wasn't impressed with it. It was close to our hotel which accounts for something. Husband also got the snickers but in a sugar cone, son got double chocolate, daughter got salty chocolate covered pretzel and baby got creamsicle which he promptly licked once and dumped on the floor. Aug 2021 ordered a regular hot fudge sundae with that they offer two and a half scoops of ice cream with hot chocolate marshmallow cherry and nuts. Very good and tasty ice cream but for $7.50 it just wasn't big enough scoops it was in a cup it should've been in a tray for that price but it was still enjoyable in the parking lot is recently paved and clean tables were under the cover in the shade and basically very pleasant place to eat ice cream . read more

We had a pretty good time here. The service was great. The lunch, burgers and dogs were not bad. It was not a gormet burger by any stretch but good for the price. Following we had ice cream. I would say that it too was good for the price. I have had better, but then again, I have had worse and some that was worse and cost a lot more. By far the BEST ice cream we've ever had in our life!!! We've tried ice cream in Hawaii, Georgia, Louisiana, California, DC, New York, Florida, etc...Honestly...since we've visited Wareham, MA we cannot find another place that has the same quality/quantity/friendliness. I had a medium peanut butter fudge in a cup and my boyfriend had a large (or extra scoop) cotton candy. I couldn't finish it but did the next day I did! If we ever fly back to MA again, we will definitely drive to Wareham, MA for Perry's Ice Cream!!! And that's a promise. This is a venerable seasonal ice cream stand but also has burgers, dogs etc...and they also run a fleet of ice cream trucks around the area. They had a lobster roll special for $9.99 a few weeks ago so I gave it a go. It was very good and was about 2 hotdog bun lengths filled with lobster, light mayo and paprika on top. It was a great deal for 10 bucks but I think its $11.99 now but with lobster prices going down it may go low again. Place is always busy at the ice cream windows so I will have to go back for that. read more

They had plenty of flavors. I got peach ice cream and it wasn't bad but it wasn't fantastic. I had something very similar at other ice cream shops. The biggest thumb down is their false advertisement - there is a sign saying small frozen lemonade is $2.50 and large is $3.00. We got a small and it was small....but got charged for $3.75. When we questioned about it, the young lady absolutely did nothing about it and basically told us "too bad"....you would think they would offer a bigger size (since that's what we paid for based on your sign) or offer money back for the what the difference was. It's not a lot of money but it's about the principle and how you treat your customers, it left a horrible taste in my mouth!!!! We advised them to update or change the sign. Won't be back! read more

Stick with the ice cream! The ice cream here is 2nd to none. Great flavors and they give you a ton of it with each order. My only caveat is the food. The "foot long clam roll" is really fried clam strips. Granted a geoduck is a type of clam but if I wanted Howard Johnsons I'd find one that is still open. We rented an ice cream truck from Perry's for our wedding in Dartmouth, and it was amazing! We thought it would be a cute idea to have an ice cream truck, especially since we had a bunch of kids, and everyone loved it. I figured it would mostly be for the kids, but all the adults thought it was great too, and they really got a kick out of being able to pick anything they wanted off the ice cream truck! To top it all off, the person who was driving the truck wore a suit, and made a great show of getting everyone ice cream. He had a great personality, and really made the whole thing special. It was a very reasonable price to be able to have ice cream for everyone at the wedding, and the experience of having the ice cream truck show up just for us. Been going here for years. Very family friendly and great ice cream with a great selection. Perry's often hires all the local teens to work here so I felt a need to address all the complainers. Lighten up for most of them it's their first real job. Secondly they serve snacks burgers and dogs, this is not a 5 star Resteraunt... Lastly of course their are long lines. It's summer and the place is good. We are very close to the Cape. Try them on Feb 1st the lines are shorter but you will not get Ice cream until April 1st when they re-open. read more

The ice cream is always delicious. That's a given. This is also the rare place that serves soft serve chocolate and coffee swirl (mocha) or vanilla and orange swirl. So good!! I hadn't tried the food before but recently got a bacon cheeseburger since it was close. The burger tasted like it was cooked at a back yard BBQ. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. But I've been craving fried scallops so I stopped by tonight and picked up a to go order, with onion rings. Big mistake! I went with the hard ice cream, black raspberry Oreo medium in a dish. They give you a ton! The wait staff was very friendly​and they keep the place really clean. Awful. I went on opening weekend to start the 2018 season and I can't say how downhill this place has gone. Rude servers, outrageous prices that go up every year. Almost 15$ for two small cones? What great service. We had a problem ordering with one of the young girls (she couldn't understand I wanted a LARGE chocolate shake) until the manager Gabby introduced herself and assisted us. She had a large party of customers, but she still took the time to help us with our dilemma, give us the proper pricing on our item and she was very sweet and patient despite the long lines. The shake was thick and delicious no doubt due to management overseeing.The other employees seemed young and inexperienced, and we were lucky Gabby took the time out of her day to help us.
