We figured we may get a call stating that he was too restless to groom, so we weren't surprised when we got a call. When we went to go pick him up we were told he was aggressive. I apologized profusely as he's never been aggressive before. I was told this was "not a fear based aggression", and that we need to get a trainer. I was so upset and embarrassed to hear this about my dog. When we got back to the car he was shaking, which I've never seen him do, and we noticed his back paws each had a nail that was torn off and bleeding. We have a trainer and I explained to her exactly what I was told and she assured me that my dog has never shown any signs of aggression with her, fear based or otherwise. Her professional opinion was that something triggered him and scared him and he was pushed too far. It felt as though they wrote him off as a bad dog and that was that. They were not even aware that he was bleeding when I called back later. I'm sure he did that himself by accident, but there was blood in our car and in our house, so it's concerning they didn't even notice.

Our long hair cat was having an issue with litter getting stuck in her hair. I brought her to Calypso and she was first given a deshedding cut but that did not help with the issue. Terri then gave her a lions cut and problem solved. The cut actually is really cute on her and now she's not walking around with litter ( and other things) stuck in her fur. I was told I would be put on the cancellation list. Friday Sept 13th I got a txt saying there was an opening at 1:30pm. Unfortunately I couldn't take it as i was in work until 5pm. I was so bummed out as it was my pups first birthday on the 15th and this would have been the perfect opportunity to have her groomed. Deva told me she would do her best to get her in Saturday. She txt me back saying to bring her in before they open so she could groom her for me and for her birthday!! She went out of her way and was so kind.
