After reading reviews, I brought him in for a full grooming by Chris -- so easy to book on-line. I can't say enough. The place is welcoming and immaculate....and calm. Busy, loud grooming places are not ideal for my senior guy. Chris had him in and out in just under 2 hours (unheard of)) and he looks and smells better than ever. My dog is quite nervous, but James was super accommodating and very aware of how to help the dog feel more at ease. When picking up my pup, she was relaxed and waiting for her ride home. I had been shaving/grooming him at home and totally botched it. I was so happy to be able to bring him to the professionals! He looks like a brand new dog. I paid $95 + tip for a full groom/cut, which may be on the higher side. However, I did botch him so he deserved the spa treatment. I have no issues coming back so they can continue to make him and my other two pups look amazing!!!

Our long hair cat was having an issue with litter getting stuck in her hair. I brought her to Calypso and she was first given a deshedding cut but that did not help with the issue. Terri then gave her a lions cut and problem solved. The cut actually is really cute on her and now she's not walking around with litter ( and other things) stuck in her fur. I was told I would be put on the cancellation list. Friday Sept 13th I got a txt saying there was an opening at 1:30pm. Unfortunately I couldn't take it as i was in work until 5pm. I was so bummed out as it was my pups first birthday on the 15th and this would have been the perfect opportunity to have her groomed. Deva told me she would do her best to get her in Saturday. She txt me back saying to bring her in before they open so she could groom her for me and for her birthday!! She went out of her way and was so kind. Deva did a wonderful job on Zoey and she even got a special birthday bandana! She was so soft and fluffy and looked adorable. Would highly recommend this place!!
