Called to make an appointment to have my Brussels Griffon washed and groomed (Sept 9th) and was told there were no openings until November. I was told I would be put on the cancellation list. Friday Sept 13th I got a txt saying there was an opening at 1:30pm. Unfortunately I couldn't take it as i was in work until 5pm. I was so bummed out as it was my pups first birthday on the 15th and this would have been the perfect opportunity to have her groomed. Deva told me she would do her best to get her in Saturday. She txt me back saying to bring her in before they open so she could groom her for me and for her birthday!! She went out of her way and was so kind. Deva did a wonderful job on Zoey and she even got a special birthday bandana! She was so soft and fluffy and looked adorable. Would highly recommend this place!! read more

If i could give BFF Grooming Inc. zero stars i would. This place is disgusting, so dirty and unprofessional. Groomers were taking breaks on their cell phones to text in the middle of grooming a dog. I wish i would have listened to my first instinct when i walked through the door, because i wanted to leave. However, I'm a new dog mom so i wasn't really sure what to expect and what was normal or not. And since they received 5 stars on both yelp and Facebook, i thought i would give them a chance. I have a 5 month old Golden Retriever puppy. I asked them to bathe him, clip his nails, cut the fur under his paws (slippers), and clean his ears. I specifically asked them NOT to cut him (which the woman on the phone when i made my appointment confirmed 'oh no we won't cut him, he's a golden -that would ruin his coat'). However, THEY decided to deshed him without asking me and used the Furminator on him. His coat looks awful. I called back to discuss my concern and I got a nasty voicemail basically blaming me and calling me a liar and not to mention rude text messages from the owner herself. I will never go back here again. read more

So grateful for this crew! My dog got sprayed by a skunk this morning. They not only answered the phone (as my former groomer did not... Nor return two calls) but got her in immediately. Not only was the smell completely gone but her undercoat was gone. They've easily earned our business!! I'm sure Coco is next. Hopefully WITHOUT the skunk! :) read more

No barks about it, Bff was great to my corgi. The groomers were fast and friendly, my welsh corgi was in and out in about an hour. Really fair prices too, much cheaper than a lot of local groomers I have tried. Oscar loved that he could play with the other dogs while he waited for me to pick him up. Positive energy the second you walk through the door. My rescue dog has the worst anxiety but since BFF cares for my dog just like I do he loves going there and experiences zero anxiety. Cage free. I absolutely love taking my Morkie here to be groomed. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because they recently updated their rules and policies. I understand they have a (very) busy business to run but some rules are a bit much. They groom my dog so perfectly that I deal with the new policies. Another huge plus is the dogs aren't crated! read more
