When I called to let them know, they said no one ever complained before. I was also told product sold by weight not volume. Not what I was told when placing the order. Mulch is not a bag of potatoe chips. I got 1/3 of the volume of the much more expensive mulch, and 2/3 of the poor top soil. The top soil was just as heavy. Also BEWARE once product is delivered even if you were cheated or not satisfied, Bedford Stone won't pick up unless YOU, the customer can load it. They lost a repeat customer and they didn't seem to care. This is my first yelp. I support and shop primarily local family businesses, but the big box home store would have treated me better.
