Like others, I received a time window. Spotless was showless. I called 15 minutes after the window ended. I was told we "like a number of others that day did not receive service. I would have an appointment the next day, with a 2-4pm window (at the end of the day)." I wasn't interested in sitting around again with the possibility of a no-show and no notice or call. I answered, "No. Not interested in your service now or in the future." Given the big hype on their phonemail about customer service and happy customers, the cavalier attitude (after I arranged my schedule and was forced to re-schedule my yard clean-up ,etc because of the no-show, and would have to hire another contractor) surprised me. Almost as surprised as when the Spotless truck appeared in the morning many days later, and I repeated to the crew leader that I had terminated Spotless. Shortly afterward, I received an email that my appointment was canceled. The "family" crew that I hired was reasonably priced, efficient, and honest. Unprofessional and unreliable. While I can't comment on their work, I can comment on taking the day off from work for an appointment window of 8am-11am for Spotless to show up to clean the gutters. After they no-show that window, they wanted to come at a time in the afternoon where I couldnt be there (doctor's appt). I was told they could come after, which, of course, they no-showed again. No apology, no text that they were coming, no phone call that they weren't. When I call to complain, the person on the phone claimed they arrived some time after 11 (which was a complete fabrication - I was home at the time and my ring camera would have caught it). So this company is unreliable, unprofessional, and apparently liars. Take a hard pass on this company. read more

Was given an appointment window 8AM-3PM. At 4PM when they hadn't shown up, I called the office and was told they were prolonged at job and had to reschedule. After waiting an entire day with no notification they weren't coming. There was no apology. I would take my business elsewhere. read more

Hired John's business for $250 to clean the gutters as it was family-run compared to lower $200 quotes. Travis & Aiden were great - 5 stars for them. Travis warned me of 2 areas where the birds would come back. We agreed for $80 he would use wire-mesh to block off those access points. He wanted to build a client relationship and I agreed to use them for my next gutter cleaning since I was appreciative of him not trying to unnecessarily upsell me. Travis never followed up, so I contacted John, the owner, to have Travis contact me. Instead of this, John tried to offer his own solutions which I did not want, so he said he'd talk to Travis. After a week I contacted John as the birds had come back like Travis predicted. John did not recall who I was or the issue, so I sent him the same picture attached and re-explained the issue. His solution was to take down the gutter and cut off the end and cap it off for $250 for each side ($500 total). I told him I was not trying to spend that much for this and he said he "had to look out for his bottom line." So, I asked him if there were any simpler solutions than cutting off a part of the gutter, and if he could just block access to it (similar to Travis' idea that I thought we had an agreement on). John replied sarcastically, "what, you want me to put duct tape on it? You could do that yourself." I told him obviously I don't want to put duct tape on it - and we ended the call at that. I'm just going to pay my handyman to use Travis' original idea of a wire-mesh material. I'll probably use the cheaper gutter cleaning company next time to see if the quality of service is the same. I did appreciate Travis trying to build a long term client relationship though. read more
