A fight breaks out between the employees in front of customers and a classroom full of people and the testing woman yells "I quit" grabs her coffee cups and storms out the door and screeches out of the parking lot. We were left after paying an additional $70 with no test. They have no other person. If you need top notch service and great people go to Montrose Driving Education well worth the trip. Steer clear of Western Slope Driving Institute. I wouldn't even want that woman in the car with her.

Wth? A suggestion: be more aware of the type of work that you're doing and the population you serve. Your clients should feel like they can trust you.

She had a lady sit in the passenger seat that was training and the entire drive test argued about directions as my 16 year old was trying to complete her test. Did not mark her off on anything but basically yelled at her and the instructor in training when we were done. The lady was completely unprofessional and made up things that did not happen because she sat in the back seat texting on her Apple Watch. I would never recommend this lady and feel very sorry for anyone training under her. I will be in touch with her direct supervisor!

The man was a grumpy old guy but here the husband/wife team are awesome. My son did his driver's test here and it was so much more pleasant and thorough than the one I took mine at, cheaper too!!! Right in town, right by the place you get your license, good people and good atmosphere. Who could ask for more.
