No one answers the phone, just voice mail. If you wanted to become a new patient, you apparently have to download a form online or go directly to the office and pick up a form. To me, a very odd way to do things. I'll look elsewhere.

Dr. Fanti has been my dad's primary care doctor for at least five years and before Dr. Fanti came on to the practice, Dr. Egelhofer was his doctor. They've both been great and so has the entire practice. They are extremely patient with my dad and me, his caretaker, and always get back to us with answers to any questions we have. Dad also appreciates the extra service they have where someone checks in with him via telephone once a month to see how he's doing and then reports to Dr. Fanti. Dad feels very well taken care of and I agree with that assessment. Good folks, great service.

I would not have a lot of faith in this company - or maybe just Jeff, but then again, my husband called back and spoke to a woman who also promised we would hear from someone - and then we didn't. Hearing issues are difficult to begin with for anyone - but when someone promises that they can help you and then never bothers with you again - it makes it even more difficult. What's happened to common courtesy?
