I love NIM and don't know where I'd be without this clinic! It's one of the only allergy clinics in the country that does end-point-titration allergy-therapy, which makes such a big difference in successfully controlling my allergies. (I used to have to fly from Massachusetts to Dallas for end-point titration!) I've suffered in the past with terrible, debilitating autoimmune symptoms, which Dr Lynch--who actually cares, listens and works with me--helped me resolve with natural supplements, dietary adjustments, allergy shots, and minimal medications. The NIM staff is kind and efficient, and I believe it's no accident that there is low staff turnover. Some staff have been there for as long as I've been a patient. The receptionist (or whomever answers their phones) was EXTREMELY rude. Their office sent this patient to us, but would not supply the medication to test with -- a test THEIR OFFICE requested we do! If they can be that rude to another physician's office, I cant imagine how they treat their patients! I will NEVER go to them for any reason.

I've already had a balloon in my right leg but after she did the angiogram coloration in my foot is so much better I have a lot less pain now than before she is an absolutely wonderful surgeon. If you need any vascular care you need to go to baystate vascular services and if she's available you need to have Dr. Meraki. She really is a phenomenal surgeon and doctor.

I was also impressed with his office medical assistant, Tina, who was kind, professional and attentive, on a busy day. You will be in good hands with this rheumatologist, who looks at the big picture, but keeps the patient's own feelings and intuitions as an important component of his diagnosis.
