What can I say about this studio that isn't widely known already?…read more The coaches are amazing! The equipment is in a great condition and properly serviced. The cleanliness and disinfectant efforts are outstanding. The pricing is impeccable when you consider what you're paying for-- a class time of group personal training, access to cardio and weight equipment, lockers and facilities, exclusive OTF gear (shirts, shorts, pants/leggings, jackets, towels, water bottles, etc.), AND the use of heart rate technology for coaches to view your progress during class and for long-term goals. I once used a personal trainer, and it was just over $2,700 for 25 classes with the trainer, and I had to drive to his apartment to use its gym. Like, OTF is the way to go if you want the dedication, attention to form and progress, accountability, and wonderfully inclusive community. This studio has 13 treadmills, 13 rowers, 13 weight floor spots with additional weights on shelves in two areas, 2 stationary bikes, and a strider (elliptical?). However, with the pandemic still an issue and capacity limitations in place, classes are currently limited to 12 people total (6 treadmill spots and 6 rower spots, with the option of someone using a bike or strider). Classes right now are 45 minutes instead of 60, but with the frequent transitions and "blocks," you definitely get an incredible workout in! The office staff are superb as well, and they're there to troubleshoot any issue or answer any question one may have. Two bathrooms, two showers, MANY lockers, a few water stations, and an amazing sense of community is found here! If you've been on the fence about giving it a try, I can only tell you that I am SO glad I did 18 months ago. I fell in love immediately and have never looked back!

I really enjoyed his workout and the way he came across to the people. You can tell he cared and actually wanted you to get the best workout. We were drop-in's from out of state but will definitely go to this one again. Very welcoming with out of town people. With all that being said we got an awesome workout with great people. Thank you Orange Theory, you rock!

Pure Barre as an exercise modality, as well as this particular studio, are absolutely outstanding…read more I joined eight months ago as a mostly sedentary office drone / occasional weekend warrior. It was the hardest workout I've ever done, and that hasn't changed. What has changed is my strength, stamina and muscle tone. I started seeing gains at three months and it's only gone up from there. At 40 years old, I'm astounded at how far I've come in a short time. And the endorphin boost after catching your breath cannot be beat. It's all thanks to the incredible women who run this ship. Every instructor I've had has been top-notch. They run smooth, professional classes and dole out meaningful praise and helpful form correction. I most often take classes with Lindsay, Ayla, Holly and Abby, though I'd recommend them all. The women at the front desk are wonderfully kind and thoughtful, as well. The class formats bring a lot of variety to barre -- from Classic's resistance and Align's stretching to Define's weightlifting and Empower's cardio. They have frequent, reliable class times throughout each weekday plus weekend mornings. And yes, they charge $15 if you cancel soon before class. For me, that serves as a great way to ensure I choose the gym over the couch. I can honestly say Pure Barre has changed my life and health for the better. I'm so grateful to have found this place.

My biggest issue is the front desk staff or person who answers the phone (rather does not answer)…read moreare too busy getting ready or getting out of a class. I get you give your employees the opportunity to go to classes. Yet it is a huge inconvenience when you are trying to reschedule or make the deadline before you have to pay. I dread getting a hold of anyone there. Maybe start a text option or stagger your staff times. Don't get me started on "a manger will call you, the owner will call" just answer the call.

I was bored with the same old workout routine and when I started making excuses to not workout, I knew I had to make a change and find something that offered variety. There were anywhere from 4 to 8 of us taking the class a few days a week outdoors and Kendra really delivered. Fast forward to today and I'm still with Kendra along with Blake and Scott in their new Fitness Edge facility taking bootcamp (or as it's now called, Get Fit) classes twice a week. Their new facility is perfect for group classes or one on one personal training. Kendra, Blake and Scott are all certified trainers and their professional knowledge is second to none when it comes to fitness and nutrition support. They are not in-your-face type trainers and do an excellent job of motivating and providing just the right level of encouragement to achieve results. Whether you're an athlete, in shape, out of shape or someone looking for a new workout routine in a unique and positive environment, you really should consider The Fitness Edge.

Scott is super knowledgeable, always coming up with different workouts, and has a keen ability to know how much more you can challenge yourself. I'm stronger than I've ever been and the community Scott has created makes me excited to work out every day.

Located in…read morean airplane hangar, this place is unassuming from the outside, but inside is an old fashioned, no nonsense CrossFit box and I LOVE it. Every time I've dropped in I've been greeted with smiles and friendly introductions, and the owner/Head Coach, Jeff, is just awesome--super knowledgeable and clearly very interested in the well-being of each of his members. Every workout I've been a part of has had a healthy, strategic warm-up to prep everyone for what the movements will be that day, and Jeff is a stickler for form and mechanics--which I love-- and he's always got great insight on how to move better or what a great scaling option might be. The workouts always put me on my ass (in the best way possible) and, again, I cannot emphasize enough how kind and friendly everyone is here. If you find yourself in the Boulder/Lafayette/Eerie area and you're looking for the best CrossFit Gym around, DEFINITELY stop by Centripetal CrossFit, you will not regret it!

Equipment is complete, in good condition and the facility, is great. Only wish I was living in Erie, CO full time and had access to this gym on a regular basis. Have learned more about personal mobility and technique in 10 days than i have in several years at other gyms. Kudos to this group!!

There's a reason every person here wrote a 5 star review…read more I came to EDX on the recommendation of two friends to talk to Angelo about individual training. I was coming off a knee injury, had a handful of other aches and pains, and felt like my training (which I had been doing consistently for years), had started to plateau. Working with Angelo has been a game changer, and the depth of his fitness and coaching knowledge is absurd. Simply put, I've made measurable, significant gains in every area of my fitness. While I don't work directly with the other coaches or attend the classes (I use the open gym for the individual training plan Angelo writes for me) everyone on staff is friendly, helpful, and most importantly incredibly knowledgeable. There's no attitude here, just the expectation that you'll show up and work hard. Additionally - I've had multiple sessions with Liliana at EDX Bodyworks (the attached sports therapy clinic) - and she's a wizard, it's a great resource to have on hand for when tweaks and injuries pop up. I've been a member of probably 6 or 7 gyms, this is the best one yet, my membership will end when Angelo and Liliana decide to retire. No matter your fitness level, if you're serious about getting in shape do yourself a favor and give the EDX community a shot.
