Came here because a while ago I bought two bras here and I feel in love. I've been to so many different bra stores and honestly, nothing fits right- being an American Asian. Victoria secrets, retail stores etc, every one of them being a "fit" but nothing with a "wow" factor. I'm tall and sometimes I slouch, the minute I put on this bra, it made me stand taller because it had more support and it lifted me. Immediately I saw the difference. The first time I came here I was not married and didn't have a child. So when the lady came and offer to measure that was fine, since they did that at Victoria Secrets too it wasn't a big deal, but then she came into the room with me.. and I was like ehh.. I'm not ready to show you my ladies.. haha. But I'm glad she did because I'm indecisive and she taught me how to wear a bra the right way. Coming here a second time, another lady- the manager Yvonne, helped me and she did the same thing. Measured me, came into the room with me, made suggestions, and taught me how to wear the bra the right way. Before entering the fitting room, she asked me what I was looking for, listened for my concerns and goals and picked beautiful bras that helped perk me- by this time I'm married and have a baby- and also by this time I don't care who sees my ladies- lol. Needless to say I'm very happy with my purchase. I don't think you should be cheap with lingerie. Trying out many different brands- you need to find ones that lifts you, keeps you, while being comfortable. I'm a very practical person, but being married and with child, you need to keep your sexy on and be proud of the way you look. This place does just that as you walk out of the store. I felt like a superstar in this place, with the amount of care and attention. I came here after reading the favorable review on Yelp, and I have to agree, one of the ladies who works here is simply amazing. After I came in, she greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. I told her I wanted to get fitted and buy bras accordingly. So I got my measurements (boy, have I been buying the wrong sizes!) and she got to work showing me different bras and how to properly wear them. It made such a huge difference! I learned so much in 5 minutes!! By the way, the lady introduced herself as Gloria. She was immensely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Only downside is the bras were really expensive for my budget. The ones she showed me were at least $40. I bought at least one because I felt bad not doing so after she helped me so much, but all the bras she showed me were nice and seemingly good quality. 5 stars for the experience here! read more

The salesperson (older lady, short hair with yellow highlights) will keep pestering you to buy. I intended to buy 2, but was forced to get 5. If you say no, she will say something nasty. I love this place. Pretty much the only place I will buy bras now. Esp recommended for Asians, they just fit better. At least way better than Victoria's Secret! VS does not even compare to this store and the bras are pretty much the same pricing. I could not believe that there was actually a technique to wearing bras! You'll never learn that at VS! What they do is show you how to mold your boobs into the bra so you get perfect cleavage and makes you look skinnier. It's amazing what a difference it makes! I love love love it here. There is however one caveat (therefore 1 less star). These ladies are the car salesmen of lingerie! Don't let them use their upsell tactics on you, unless you have a lotta moola to spend or just like to splurge. Whenever I go, I always have a budget in mind of say $200 or about 4 bras. If not, it's easy to spend a couple hundred bucks because they're so convincing! I kinda laughed to myself once bc the girl sounded upset when she couldn't convince me to buy more bras. Hey I'm not rich. And $200 ain't chump change either. Oh, and no returns so you gotta make a good decision. Anyway I always walk outta there feeling sexy! I love the way their bras fit. I came here again the other day with my sister so she could get fitted and find the wisdom that I had found but this time the experience was mediocre. The lady that helped me in my first visit was excellent in customer service. When my sister and I went in, the two ladies were not very accommodating. They only helped us when we asked and didn't even teach my sister how to wear the bra correctly. I had to teach her how to wear it when it should have been the saleslady. The bras are still good quality. My sister bought 4 bras and she also paid for the one I bought too! =D but anyways I really wished that the lady who had helped me were there to help my sister. I would have given this place 2 stars (because I have experience better) but because I had given them 5 stars previously, I'll give them 4 stars. I've been their customer for a few years now, and every time I go in, I'm always impressed again and again with the staff's attentiveness. Service has always been top-notch, and true to its name, the experience feels personal and leaves me feeling refreshed. I am a DD, so finding a bra with comfortable structure and actual support has always been difficult, and I've often had to 'settle' with bras from other stores. The selection is still not very large for busty boobs, but if you're looking for something that will hold them up and gives you flexible options in terms of padding, this place is the place to go. When I'm there, I usually see Yvonne, and she always finds at least three different pairs of bra for me to try on. Recently, I've been more into bralettes, and until a few days ago I didn't know supportive bralettes existed! And it's already a challenge finding a quality bralette for my size in general. Yvonne showed me a few designs they had that not only fit me, but also supported me. She is very patient and has never made me feel pressured to make a purchase. Additionally, she has always explained the pros and cons of any piece she shows me, whether it be a bra, bralette, or panty. If you are a small breasted Asian woman you might want to give this place a try. Other than that it's a definite pass. I went in because I wanted a good fitting. I was in search of regular and sports bras. I think I was very clear with the sales person that I wanted good support, full coverage and no seams that could be seen through T-shirts. I got none of those and they don't refund. (To a certain extent I blame myself as I never should've bought the bras that my salesperson recommended.) I did convince them to give me an exchange credit. Most of the sizes are Asian and they don't convert easily to US sizes. The whole thing was very confusing and ultimately unsuccessful. Do yourself a favor and go to Nordstoms which is exactly what I did. At Nordstrom I got a great fitting and exactly what I wanted with the comfort of knowing that they have 100% moneyback guarantee and a generous exchange policy. read more
