He worked around my very busy work schedule to fit my car in. I told him I was selling my car and they truly went above and beyond, they even cleaned my engine. I had a tiny rust mark right outside of my wheel well that has been bothering me for a few months now (my car is a 2013) and they not only got the rust stain off, he touched up the point it originated. I had several scuffs and marks on my front bumper and it's like they just replaced it. I'm truly shocked as to how amazing the exterior looks (especially because I drove across the country three times). My favorite part though, out of everything they did is my headlights. They look incredible and it made me drive home tonight so much better. I didn't realize how bad they had actually become until they fixed them! Additionally, to make things more difficult for them- My golden retriever recently turned 1 year old (so she went through her puppy and summer shedding phases) and it honestly looks like she never stepped foot in my car. Their prices truly do not reflect their customer service skills, extreme professionalism, or the effort they put into detailing. I was reluctant to spend that much initially because I'm selling my car, but I would have spent far more had I known it would shave off actual YEARS of use like it did. I called a few other detailing shops before deciding on Magic Auto.  I was first interested because…read moretheir pricing was very fair.  I had spoken to a few other places who were asking way too much and touted their skills and experience but I soon realized they were going to put my car through the same process as every other car.  After speaking with Ethan and John I was able to see they are students of the craft and are open to learning about new products, and took the time to understand my concerns.  Since my car is older we wanted to make it shine while removing as little clearcoat as possible.   The headlights were also yellowing, so I asked them to use a specific process to properly restore them and prolong this from happening again.  I also had my own products I asked them to use, which we discussed and came to an agreement on how to proceed.  I am a very demanding customer, and I like to understand many details of how I am spending my hard earned cash to which John & Ethan were very accommodating.  Overall the car came out great, and I love driving it even more.  I plan to bring my other Mercedes along with my wifes Honda Pilot to get the paint polished and protected for the winter.  These guys treat your car as if their own and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I need to find a detail shop in NY because we wanted to get my father's car cleaned up so my can get the most for the car as a trade-in. I called Clean Image; Jack answers the phone and we made an appointment to bring the car to him in Huntington for an estimate. My father brings the car to Jack, I was able to speak to Jack over the phone via Facetime. The interior has four years of cigarette smoke build up. The interior is gray, but when we dropped it off to Jack, it was tan. Jack was very professional and very detailed. He showed me the equipment that he uses to shampoo the fabric and carpet. He showed me the chemicals he uses to clean the interior. His recommendation for the ozone to kill the cigarette smell, and offer to run the ozone for an hour. Priced very reasonable. and I would highly recommend Jack. Being three hundred miles away, he provided me with regular updates, sending me photos of his progress to keep me in the loop. The work takes about 2 days after drop off, they work with a company in Bay Shore called Supreme Shine that does the PPF work, and after inspecting the car, the work looks very well done. The price-point is on target for what would be industry standard for PPF work regarding Full Hood, Bumper, Lights and Interior/Exterior Detail, as well as Polishing the Columns (much needed) and a small ding touch up. Highly recommend working with Cavalier for detailing needs, the car looks fantastic and spanking new, will return for future work!
