I must say that at the beginning I was very disappointed as they had embroidered the wrong name on the bags. I was very upset as I was trying to meet a deadline. I was informed that they were going to try to take care of it and that made me even more upset hearing that they were only going to try to take care of it. I left very upset that day not knowing whether or not I was going to get the bags back looking distorted because they were going to do whatever to fix it. I received a call the next day and the lady on the other end was very apologetic of what had occurred and told me that she was going to make it right. That she had found the bags online and ordered them and they were going to be in within a couple of days and she would make sure everything was correct. A few days later I received another call that the bags were ready and so I went to pick them up a day or so later. When I arrived; I was presented with the two bags that were perfectly done. To my surprise and I was in total disbelief when I was offered the other two bags even though they were incorrect. I was offered the other two bags free of charge and for the inconvenience. Again I was in disbelief. I was so very pleased and have gone out of my way to tell people the story. Just when you think it isn't going to be right they made it right and I will give this store not just a thumbs up but two thumbs up and a five. They are definitely a five star. In a business where precision is everything, it surprised me when I had something embroidered and it didn't come out looking so great. I took my son's expensive pottery barn backpack to get embroidered here (I should have paid the $10 and had pottery barn do it, but I wasn't 100% sure I wanted his name on it). Not only was this place more expensive, but his name was completely crooked (1/4" slanted down). I brought the backpack home and tried to be ok with it, but it bothered me, and I figured if I was going to pay extra to have something embroidered, it really ought to be close to perfect. I called the store and they told me to bring the backpack back to see if it was something that could be fixed. The owner went ahead and "fixed" it, but while taking stitches out, nicked the fabric of the backpack in a few areas, causing irreparable damage. As if that wasn't bad enough, his name is now straight, but not centered. It is 1/2" more to the right side than the left (and yes-I used a ruler after noticing it didn't look right). The workers were nothing but friendly, and I hate to leave a review like this, but again...this is a shop that personalizes items and names need to be centered and straight. Using a ruler/tape measurer or a level, even a laser for guidance, would be a huge help. Not sure if I would return here...if they can't get it right twice, I'm sure there's somewhere else I can take my business. read more

Be extremely careful what you send this place to digitize, send exactly what you want because they will not ask questions or confirm anything before doing the work. I would also recommend using a cheap shirt so you can get their mistakes out on that one. I made the mistake of using around $200.00 in under armpit and drake apparel. Apparently there was a border around the outside of our logo in the email and they went ahead and added that in also, wasn't too concerned that it looked terrible or thought to call and ask. This place could not care less about customer service, when I tried to call and explain that every single place I sent it to asked about the border she still tried to make it my fault. Was not asking for a refund or for them to be redone, simply for her to acknowledge that she would confirm things with her potential customers. read more
