We had already tried the Conroe location without luck, so we made the drive to Spring. Both locations are always super friendly and helpful. He took his time and explained everything to me, and what each age group was into, and suggested items that looked familiar. What made the experience great was no up sell attempts, to get me to buy a bunch of things I didn't know, but he advised me on what names and types of things to look for when I visit the N/N's so I could get the right gifts. Overall very knowledgeable staff, great selection of different games and gift ideas. And very personable. Would definitely stop by this shop for holiday gift ideas! I explained that this was the only day I could pick it up before Sunday and traveled a long way to get there. She eventually gave me the package after giving me a mouthful which took her not even a minute to get from the cabinet. I appreciate that she finally gave it to me but definitely don't appreciate the grief I received to get it. Nice goes a long way and she was far, very far from nice and a horrible ambassador for your company.
