This place is great! The owner is awesome and helps you customize whatever it is that you're looking for. My husband and I came in here looking for a decent gift basket for one of his clients who had just closed on his first house and they had lots of great options at different price points. The owner even told us that we could customize the gift baskets with specific foods, wines and even customized labels! When we were ready to check out, he noticed I was checking out some cookies which they have for sale and gave me a few for free (because I am pregnant!) super sweet! A dear friend's relative passed, so several of us wanted to send something. I thought using a local vendor might minimize processing and delivery times. I was wrong. I ordered very early Saturday morning because I was not going to be available later that day. Now, if there was clear messaging about Personally Yours not delivering on weekends or in certain areas on only two days a week, I would have immediately ordered elsewhere. Dean, the owner, put me on the phone with a woman who directed me to the very, very bottom of their home page, to find in a tiny font "Shipping and Returns." But why would I click there when I already started shopping from the banner at the top of the home page? Nowhere in my choosing a basket, paying, or entering delivery information did it inform me the delivery would not be attempted until Tuesday. I thought I might have missed the Saturday order cutoff, Sunday could be a stretch, so a Monday delivery would have been okay, before the evening wake and Tuesday services. The basket wasn't delivered until the noon hour on Tuesday, after my friend and her family left their home. When no one answered for the delivery, the driver left it inside her gate, and it has been sitting there all day. Dean and his associate asked why I didn't call -- well, I didn't know this had dragged into Tuesday, and I'm not going to contact a grieving family to ask if they'd received our gift. We rely on websites, especially after hours, for good information. Timing was completely lost and apologies were pretty insincere, along the lines of, "We're sorry you feel this way." Dean only offered a credit once I mentioned writing this review to inform other customers about issues with timeliness and communication. I'm heartbroken that a timely effort from this customer's end will now be nothing more than an afterthought. read more

Fourth time I have ordered from Personally Yours. Great small business with attention to quality and details. The owner and employees are super and can design the basket around the recipient's needs or likes. Many price point options to choose from, too. If you live near their store in Clark, you should take a trip over to see exactly what they offer. I know I can also order on line, but I like to see what I am getting and they have a fabulous variety of gifts, foods, and wine options. All the recipient's were very pleased . I cannot day enough things about the customer service at PYGB. It is always such a pleasure to work with them on creating special gifts that are always well received. They always have suggestions, yet they listen to what you want the final product to be. I also want say that although I have used them numerous times over the phone and via their website, today I personally paid them a visit...and what a surprise it was to find such a well stocked store, with hundreds of different offerings, as well as artisanal chocolates! It was definitely a fun visit. It's great to see that hometown quality still exists in our neighborhoods. Great job! Keep doing what your doing! I understand that COVID has affected local businesses, which is why I went with this business. I thought it would be nice to give them business, and it looked like quality baskets, and from what I read many people have been satisfied. Unfortunately, I bought a bereavement basket, which 10 days after my order has still not arrived. When I called, I was told it was somewhere with UPS, but they couldn't tell me when it would arrive. When I asked how that was going to work, since the basket had perishables, I was told "we substituted many things" so they weren't sure what was in my basket, but if anything was perishable, take a picture of it and they will do something about it. This is inexcusable. Perishable items cannot be shipped in this way, and if I was not getting what I had ordered, shouldn't I have been told that? How can any business think a bereavement basket should be treated in this manner? I have sent baskets all over the world using larger companies and have never had such a mess. As a result, my friend never got her basket, I'm out 60 dollars and it still is "somewhere" with UPS. This is no resolution. I should at least be given a credit. I don't like writing bad reviews and feel terrible that I must, but this company must get an F for this service. Next time I will use a tried and true service that would never allow for such disasters. read more

This place is a winner. The store is small but the selection is big. Needed a quick client gift to bring to their office. They put together a basket of chocolates, cheese and crackers with a bunch of other snacks that looked great. I wanted to get a sympathy basket to a friend as soon as possible. I called Personally Yours and, not only was the customer service fantastic, but the basket was delivered within hours and the pricing was extremely reasonable. There were so many options, including several gluten free items which was necessary for the person receiving the basket. I specifically loved the fact that the "basket" was a beautiful magazine holder. I will definitely be ordering from Personally Yours again! read more
