I always have a wonderful experience at Perspire Sauna Studio from start to finish. The location is easy to get to right across from the Valencia mall with plenty of parking and near the Philz coffee. What really makes this place special for me is Shirley. She is so sweet, accommodating, and genuinely caringI love seeing her every single time I come in. She always makes me feel comfortable and taken care of, and her friendly energy is a big reason this has become my new favorite escape from the hustle and bustle of the valley. Even though it's about 25-30 minutes from where I live, it's completely worth the drive. I also love the privacy of the rooms, especially having my own TV with Netflix and other streaming services plus a private shower in some suites. It feels relaxing and convenient, not rushed at all. I ended up purchasing a package from here during black friday and it was so worth it!! I like that they have clean saunas, shower, towels, refillable water bottle station. Amazing service from the time that I called to make an appointment to the time that I actually went and completed the experience. Located in a large plaza, across the street from the Valencia mall. Plenty of parking available near the entrance. When I called to set an appointment, Michelle helped me set that up. She was very informative. Mentioned all of the services available. She also mentioned to look up information regarding the different light colors. Once arrived, Alysha was amazing! She was informative as well. She explained everything like what to expect during my stay. As we walked to the sauna room, she mentioned how it worked. How long the stay was, the ice cold water feature (additional fee). They were both amazing. I really enjoyed the privacy of the room. It was the sauna, with it's own tv (they have Netflix and youtube). Some rooms even have their own shower, which mine had. It made it a convenient experience. Alysha also mentioned the specials that were running when I visited, that I ended up purchasing for additional visits. I wish I could add this to my regular schedule I was greeted by Michelle who had a very soothing voice as she took me through the tour & the step by step. The bathrooms are clean, the rooms, the sauna itself, and you have your own towels!!! The sauna was a 10/10. Lots of light options AND you could watch TV!!! I did some meditation and calming videos. I would only recommend the snow shower if you can fully indulge your whole body & hair, but since I had something after this event, the snow shower was not really worth much. So sad to have cancelled my membership, I will truly miss this spot! I had the base membership , and I'd schedule via the app. Suite 6 was my absolute favorite, but 4 and 5 were a close match. The saunas are cleaned after each use, and I love how personal it is with you being alone. The showers heat up super quick, and the products used are of good quality. I was not sure exactly where it was located, to my surprise it was in the Kohl's center near in the back side, I was greeted pleasantly by Nate at the front office, once my "Sauna Room"was available he gave me a tour of the facility and the Room and how to function it. The room was very clean And beautiful!! Very relaxing TV monitor with winter screen and music, I was told I could change it to Netflix or another movie channel but it was so relaxing , I chose to leave it there. They give you a nice cold eucalyptus face towel And Other towels for your use. The sección was 40 mins, it went by so fast, the timer was silent, I was surprised my time was up!! I proceeded to the shower Which had shampoo conditioner and Brody soap dispensers . It also had a cold rain shower above It was excellent. Just remember to set up your own timer Bring shower sandals , a water bottle They do have a water filtered dispenser for your use . And just have a great relaxing sección !! Much needed me time. Sauna suites were very clean, so glad it's right next to where I live. If I ever need any self care time I plan to book again. I haven't been in a sauna in a while so I kept the temp at the minimum 130, but next time I plan to go up a little. The eucalyptus towel at the end was a nice refreshing touch. read more

This place is incredible. Their rooms and showers are impeccably clean, the staff is so kind and accommodating, and their red light is the real deal. I've been coming for 2 weeks now, almost daily, and have already noticed a huge difference in my knee and shoulder pain. Also, my face is always glowing now and I usually have very dull skin and have tried so many different products and services. Their cold plunge shower (it's a 45 degree heavy rain shower) makes me feel like I can withstand anything lol. The fact that it's only 45 seconds helps. But so rejuvenating!!!! 5 stars for Perspire. Will not be back again! My wife and I tried an intro session and were sold to sign up but realized we weren't able to use up the monthly sessions and if you don't use it then you lose it. I called and explained this and decided to cancel me and my wife's membership days before the next billing cycle. They mentioned we had to email our cancellation which me and my wife did right away and notated the date we wanted to cancel which was before the next billing cycle so that we could try to use up a few more of the sessions we still had. We then noticed 2 charges for another month a few days later. We write back stating that we had wanted to cancel and to reverse the charges as we mentioned we were trying to cancel before the next billing cycle. The person I spoke to even knew our situation as I explained we couldn't use all the sessions due to babysitter issues and he even mentioned we can't roll over without an active membership so it was discussed to cancel right before the next billing. They then proceeded to say they can't reverse the charges because we didn't confirm with them in a timely manner. I don't understand how calling and sending an email to cancel effective this date is not clear enough. Needless to say this billing issue was not resolved and charges were not authorized. Bad management and customer service. This place just opened and I thought I'd try it out. Manager at the front desk was rude and was impatient. They just wanted my money instead of educating me before I decide to get a membership. Thank god I didn't get locked into a membership. You are a new business. You'd think you'd treat customers with respect so you can have returning customers. And to add to it, you can here everyone talking outside your room and you can here other rooms TVs. Not relaxing at all. Not set up very well. I will not be back and I will tell everyone else my experience here on social media. I DO NOT recommend perspire sauna studios located in Valencia.
