My review has been long overdue. I love this place!! From the immaculate cleanliness, the hours, the wonderful front desk girls and the amazing therapeutic results of this infrared sauna place. With my love of Pickleball for the past 2+ years, my Israeli martial arts (Krav Maga) training for 6+ years and my corporate job that I sit for almost 10 hours a day can take a toll on your body. From my muscles and joints, I cannot remember a day I woke up not in pain. I first met the owner of Perspire Porter Ranch at an event at my church. I previously read about the benefits of infrared sauna it but was skeptical, but since my first sauna session was at a decent price I decided to give it a try. After my intro session, my aches and pain lessened by almost 50%. So I bought a package of eight per month. After 2 to 3 months, I realized I needed more than just 8 times a month so I recently purchased unlimited. Been going about four days a week and noticed my joints and muscles feels so much better. I have more flexibility, more stamina, and more strength with my aggressive physical activities. This is one of the best investments I did for myself. read more

Love coming here for a red light therapy session with my husband. We love to watch Netflix shows on the tv or listen to lofi music. The most recent experience was a little interesting because we came about 10 min early so we can change, use the restroom etc and for the first time during our 40 minute session we received a knock on the door. It took us by surprise because was had about 5 minutes left. They must've started their internal timer as soon as we walked towards the sauna although we didn't start the timer on our end. On our way out, we saw the staff quickly clean the suite we were just in and this other couple walked in, I overheard them say they that their was a mistake on their time - from that, I see why we felt a bit rushed because someone reserved the suite after us. Overall, I would recommend coming here for a good detox/sweat session but be mindful of the start time. read more

This was my first time trying out Sauna Public, and I was so happy when I found this place. The employees at the front gave me a full tour and made sure I understood everything before I went in. During my first sauna session, I got a little lightheaded, but the team was incredibly helpful. They helped me rehydrate and get back to feeling normal. They also advised me to try a lower heat next time, which I did, and it was much better. I would recommend starting with a lower heat if it's your first time. I've been a big fan of saunas and the various health benefits but ever since I stopped being a member at a local gym that had one, I haven't been able to partake on a regular basis. Heard that this location was being created and waited patiently for opening weekend, which finally came a couple weekends ago. You get your own individual room that comes equipped with a tv - various streaming services already set up - and towels for use. The session is 40 minutes and you can adjust the temperature and the type of color light you want. There is a menu inside each room that explains the benefits of each color. I usually stick to red because I want to relax the body due to constant exercise. Have to love a good sweat. Once done with the session there is a nice eucalyptus towel to wipe down and then you get dressed and put all your towels into a bin outside. You can set up appts on their app, which is super convenient. This way when you walk in, they greet you and your specific room is ready for use. I signed up for the 4X a month membership, which is perfect for one time a week. The staff is nice, place is very clean, lots of parking and I can't say enough about the benefits of regular sauna use. Definitely recommend you come in and try it once to see if you like it and then consider a membership if you can. read more

I have a friend who recommended trying the services they have to offer. I went in yesterday evening and tried the sauna red light treatment for hour. I must say it was definitely a different experience of relaxing in the heat while watching tv as the time flys by. You start at 130-135 degrees and just allow your body to relax as you stretch. After the treatment they have this ice cold eucalyptus hand towel that I must say was refreshing. As you relax and dry off, you get dressed and drop your towel in a specified place. After he treatment I felt amazing. I will return and do more treatments. A real gem in porter ranch. Owner is very friendly and explains in details what they offer. The most gorgeous sauna place. This place is awesome. I love how they have the TV screens in the room and the speakers inside the sauna so you can relax and let the time go by while you're in the sauna the sauna has infrared and red light therapy inside of it. You can change the different colors for different benefits. It is nice that they provide a towel for you to use during the service and they provide a cool towel for you that smells so nice after the service which I've thoroughly love there are drinks to buy in the front in case you get thirsty, but there is a free water station in the back you usually use the sauna for 45 minutes but sometimes I use it for less if I feel like it or I go up to 50 minutes you can leave whenever you want. The employees that were curious are so so nice. They made me feel welcome every single time this place is so beautiful. It is a must visit you can book by calling them or you can book and pay on the PERSPIRE app. A single session is $60 on the app you can do a membership that is currently $99 for four times in one month. This place is a definite try! It is right next to KV Lagree studio and there is plenty of parking. read more

I had a great experience! This was my first ever time experiencing a Light Therapy Sauna. I wasn't sure what to expect but Julissa was so kind and helpful and made it such a smooth easy and comfortable process for me! By the time I left I knew I would be coming back it was such a relaxing process and I definitely felt my skin glowy. What made it even better was the cooling towel and the tv! I tried Perspire Sauna Studio last night for the first time and had a great experience. Upon arrival, I was kindly greeted by Jasmine. She walked me through the process, gave me a little tour, was extremely friendly enthusiastic and sweet. You can tell she really likes her job and knows what she's doing. :) I did a 40 minute session. You can watch TV, it's extremely private, the settings are straightforward, they have complimentary towel service, filtered water to refill your water bottle, everything is clean, and they save your preferences for the next time. I have been coming here for about two months now (since it opened) and I love it. You get your own room, equipped with a tv and various streaming services for you to enjoy while you're there. Sessions are 40 mins long, typically if you've been going a while they will note your temp preference so they can have it ready for you on arrival, but you have full control of the temp at all times in case you need to adjust. There is lots of available times for people to book and they have a water station to fill your bottle. The staff is so nice and welcoming. the space and towels provided are always clean. I had made a reservation to go to this facility for the first time. not having been there before I asked if I should wear a bathing suit. I received a response that a bathing suit was fine but my birthday suit would be even better. I decided to make fun of my age and said I may have to get my birthday suit pressed first, referring to my wrinkles. Well, I got read the the riot act and said if I talk that way there I would be immediately ushered out. I'm not exactly sure there was anything torrid in what I said and found their response over the top so I canceled my visit.
