Went in yesterday and left with a Nissan lease. The staff was great and worked with me Bobby Goodwin was an excellent salesman and didn't rush me or get frustrated even though it took me forever to make a decision on color and payment options! Financial coordinator ( I forget his name unfortunately) was quick but thoroughly explained everything. I like the fact when ur done with your lease Nissan goes by your history with them despite your credit and their programs to roll to another lease. All in all I felt like I left comfortable that I received a quality car at a quality price. read more

I regret the day I walked into this dealership. DO NOT give them a bad review and expect to go back to the dealership for any reason. I was verbally attacked by my salesman, Joe, because I did not give a favorable survey as prompted by him on my way out the door to give all 10's. There is no customer service. The only thing they want to do is make the sale and never see you again. I have bought many new vehicles over the years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I feel violated that the salesman would have the audacity to approach me the way he did. My 73 year old mother purchased a used 2012 Nissan Sentra from Peruzzi that had 21K miles on it in 2014 for $15.9k. One year later, mother goes to another Nissan dealer to upgrade to a new car that is easier for her to get in and out of (something higher, like the Nissan Rogue). Well we learned from the carfax that the vehicle my mother bought at Peruzzi had been in a serious accident just prior to her purchase and was now worth half of what she paid. Took my son to buy a 2009 nissan maxima for $8767. Got there and test drove the car and loved it. Salesman Bal took our name and info then I said was the price negotiable and he said yes. I offered $7500. He then asked Joe the manager and gues what he says they can only take off $27. WTF! I was willing to pay cash out the door but this is not why I'm upset. The same night I see the same vehicle discounted to $7990 on autotrader. Then I see it again marked down to $8100. WTF. Who does business like this when you want to pay cash. As I stated earlier a friend was with me and we were shown a vehicle with the sticker price of $31,500. I was happy when I left with this vehicle due to all of the offered extras. My regret Is that I did not write down the VIN number. This would have prevented them to switch vehicles on me. I recommend that you copy the VIN number just in case so this doesn't happen to you. read more

Absolutely one of the worst experiences ever. Numerous times i entered the showroom and was never greeted or acknowledged by anyone. I had to go to someone's desk and ask them for help. When a sales person actually came out to the lot, He barely said two words to us and i had to ask him to go get the keys to the 2016 Nissan Maxima so we could drive it. During the test drive, the salesman didnt really say much. He actually at one point asked us why we wanted to get out of our lease and into this Maxima. Wait. Isn't a salesman suppose to try to encourage the sale? Well i guess he thought we were window shopping. Needless to say, we left that dealership and purchased a brand new 2016 Nissan Maxima from another dealership. When we entered that other dealership, we were greeted immediately by the General Manager and he answered everyone of our questions. Personally i have worked in Retail/Sales in Management roles and understand the importance of Happy Customers. 1 unhappy customer can spread the word to many other potential customers. In this case, i dont feel like Peruzzi Nissan has customers in their best interest. Horrible Experience. read more

Broke the center cap for my driver side front tire never said anything found it in the vehicle on the passenger side seat for a dealership I find it very unprofessional. I would expect other repair facilities to conceal damage , and all the other horror stories you hear but i find it unacceptable for a dealership. Nothing put in the notes , I wasn't called or even told upon pickup. Yes it's probably a small fix but i dont have the time or am paying for a custom center cap when the service department broke it . It looks horrible and if the technician wont handle a small issues properly how can I be confident in the other level of work. They say they did an oil change yet my sticker in my window still says the same as before. So if the procedure is to change the sticker at the end like ALL shops do it wasn't done here . Which makes me question wether it was done at all! I had to ask 3 seperate times if it was done because every time I spoke to someone they left out the oil change. But always mentioned the alignment and tire rotation and the $130 I was paying for that. This is unacceptable behavior .Today I had an appointment to trade in a vehicle for something new. I will not be taking my vehicle or business to Peruzzi Nissan anymore. read more

On 06/01/2013 I purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima from Perruzzi Nissan. My salesperson was Joe Welsh. As I test drove the car, I noticed a rattling noise that I made him aware of, he explained to me that the car had a CVT transmission, so the car would make that noise. I have never owned a Nissan, so I didn't know what to expect. I purchased the car, because at the time the car drove good. On 02/08/14 I took the car in for service (oil change) the service advisor stated that I needed (3 tire senor's) he gave me an estimate of $250.00 each tire sensor, when I explained to him that I had warranty he stated that I could leave it and he would install it, but I explained that I could do this work at a later time. I returned on 05/10/14 to do an oil change and install the tire sensor's, but when I returned to install the tire sensor's the service advisor Robert Shabe stated that all I needed was two tire sensor's. On 10/11/14 I took my car in for an oil change, at that time the service advisor Christopher Blood, advised me that I needed shocks for my car, but on the service slip given to me with the recommendations, the shocks were not included. On 01/05/15 I dropped off my car for a rattling noise. On 01/06/15 the service advisor Christopher Blood called me stating that my car had several issue that included the following: Transmission pan and my exhaust had a small leak and he said that the car had several other issues, he never addressed the rattling noise. This was the same rattling noise I initially heard when I purchased the car, but just a lot louder. On the evening of 01/06/15 I went to the dealer to speak to the manager Bill Stecklein about the issue. I expected by speaking to the manager that he would address the issue with the service advisor, but to my surprise he was rude, he did not want to listen to my concerns, he tried brushing my problem off. He advised that he would check the computer to see what the car was serviced for in the past. He stated he had no record of my car being serviced there. I showed him my past service receipts, since he was not helpful I asked to speak to his boss, Robert Shoemaker. Mr. Shoemaker advised to leave the car overnight stating that he would personally take the car out the next day for a test drive. On 01/07/2015 Mr. Shoemaker called me and advised that the rattling noise was coming from the exhaust of the car. He asked if I could leave the car yet another day, so that he can double check it. On 01/08/2015 Mr. Shoemaker calls me and confirms that the noise the car is making is coming from the exhaust system, he then advised me to replace two clamps, so the rattling noise could stop. On the evening of the 8th I picked up my car from Peruzzi Nissan. While driving home I heard the rattling noise again, after the car sat in the dealership for three days they still did not fix the noise. On 01/10/2015 I called the dealership again for the rattling noise. They advised me to bring it in on 01/14/2015, I asked if I could bring the car in sooner on the 01/13/2015, they advised to drop if off that night with Christopher Blood. On 01/13/2015 I arrived at the dealer to drop off the car, I spoke to Christopher Blood and he advised that I didn't have an appointment. I explained to him that I didn't live near I had drove 26 miles, Christopher advised that he would speak to Robert Shoemaker, his boss, so Robert asked Christopher to get in the car with myself to take a test drive. Christopher drove the car and advised that he did in fact still hear the rattling noise. Christopher asked if I could bring the car to get serviced on another day, I explained to him that I couldn't come back I needed the car serviced ASAP. I left the car there to get serviced and I asked him if they would provide a loaner car so I could get home and he advised that they could drop me off at the bus stop. I had the worse experience with this company and the worse customer service. I was planning on purchasing a new Maxima with this same company this year, but after this experience I am not. I just wanted to complain of the quality of servicer "Peruzzi Nissan" provided. read more
