We had a reservation for 4 people at 7pm on the Saturday night and were promptly seated upon…read morearrival. The restaurant felt cozy on the rainy May night, but I can see in Summer it would also be a perfect spot for a long dinner with the windows open and the fresh sea breeze.
They have an extensive wine list with a lot of great options available from the surrounding Cinque Terre wineries, we chose a Vermentino (to sip on once we'd finished our delicious Negroni's to start).
Before the meal arrived we were served complimentary snacks, the fried fish ball was INCREDIBLE. To start we shared the local anchovies that came six ways - 3 cold followed by 3 warm - the stuffed anchovies and lemon marinated ones were the tables favorite, we also shared the scallops which were cooked to perfection.
For mains, I went with the local catch of the day which was a delicious white fish, my brother had the tuna and I was extremely jealous after trying, it was full of flavor and melted in your mouth. For dessert, I highly recommend the lemon dessert with meringue, our whole table fell in love with this.
The service throughout the evening was excellent and attentive and we all enjoyed our night here. I highly recommend a visit to Miky if you're in Cinque Terre
