He responded quickly and will show up in his Victus truck with mouse decorations that garner a chuckle. We gave him a call when we had boxwood caterpillars munching away on our landscape. These caterpillars seem to have hatched overnight and ate at a record speed this summer. He was honest and helpful in quoting us before going ahead. We were debating going to home depot for btk spray, but even Eddie admitted it was not as successful as the media claims. Also, if we could even find it in stock as this was an outbreak in 2024 and we couldn't, even on Amazon all sold out. He was really nice to offer to fume a few big ant mounds in the yard while he was there. Checked back in within the week to make sure his spray worked well. Our boxwood hedges were saved and thriving better now than before. It was not as expensive as buying and replanting new plants if you are wondering. Another call back to him this week, as now we are experiencing our neighbourhood dilemma of mice. He gave a decent plan and quote to cover us for three months of check ins/maintenance and see if it gets better or if the plan needs to increase measures. So far so good. Eddie took the time to see where they could be coming in from so we can stop entry. I am surprised how much time he spent, when most would have left already. He knew how concerned I was for this issue since having pets, kids and food stuff everywhere for them to feast on. He grabbed his ladder and he tracked entry half way up our house to a soffit-window corner...lo and behold that was the entry point and a lot of droppings to prove it. Mesh and caulking to see if that will stop entry for now and poison inside. I am impressed with his thoughtfulness and quality of work. He is not pushy or trying to sell you anything you're not interested and comfortable with. Neighbours truly love to support his local business without him asking anyone to do so. I also love to support local and would reassure others he can be trusted and does great work.

I told them that I wanted someone to come and assess, guide us in the preparation of the house. A technician came, assessed the house and guided us to prep properly, they won't start if not properly prepped, they leave. Arrived for first treatment, he said prep was fine and did the treatment, said can take a few weeks to take effect. Came for second treatment a month later, soon after the bed bugs were not gone so they came for a 3rd treatment. Still found bedbugs, the technician confirmed it. I called the office and was put in touch with the sales rep Chris, he made all kinds of excuses and eventually stated I need a heat treatment which they don't do. I tried afterwards to contact such person but would neither accept nor return calls. Months later I saw an add which stated they do chemical with heat treatments. I called and asked Eric why they didn't do that and why they didn't honour their warranty. They wanted to send a crew out to assess and at the same time quoted me $1,500 for a job that was not assessed. He later told me there would be a charge for the assessment, the web site states Free Estimates. Asked for what type of guarantee they can give since they didn't honour the last warranty. I got bounced back and forth to a person that didn't do residential, Keith. I called back, told them I was tired of their BS and will see them in court. There is much more to the story, but avoid them at all costs and spread the word to all of your friends. I later found out they charged me at least 40% more than other more reliable exterminators.
