I finally pursued Zach through his secretary, Jennifer and learned this is the best way to contact him.  At one point during the process, I became unpleasant, but neither was unpleasant back.  Jennifer was on it! Zach responded to my needs, provided resources when requested and took the time to follow-up with me in person at my home to thoroughly review the home inspection and discuss my concerns.  He and Cory even resolved a small issue that I could not resolve myself.  Zach is very busy but in meeting with him, I found a gentleman with over a decade of home inspection experience that truly presents to care about his clients.

The service is OK, I really like Manny and he moved on so I'm back to another tech, who spends more time in his truck than getting the service I deserve, but if your unsatisfied you can have a call back so yesterday that's exactly what I did! My house was covered in box elders. I know the season is starting early, but I've never seen it this bad especially after I removed my problem tree. When the new tech showed up for the re-spray, Zach was super nice and great personality and he asked what issues I was having and I said, please provide a deep spray to my house so that's what he did! I asked the other tech for that same service since it was the beginning of the season, but that certainly didn't occur. While Zach was here, he knocked down two wasp nests getting ready to hatch. Thank you Zach!! Now that's what should have happened during the first visit. Immediately, I sent a text to the owner and told them how satisfied I was with my service. It was the best service since Lee left! I requested to have Zach as my technician moving forward but I have not heard back! I'll keep you posted!

That is a big chunk for only spraying through the summer (I believe it was four times). I just got another company that works out to less than half that price. They did a great job too. I am giving this review based on prices quoted not work done. I gave them 3 stars just for answering the phone and explaining things to me. I must say that the person who talked to me was not professional. Sounded like they had better things to do that acquire a new customer. I had to even ask if she was an answering service. The person who answers the phone or answers the door is the gateway to your business. You will get a customer or the customer will move on.

No big deal in my mind. 6pm Noel is at my door, are you home? I need to take the bait box, my supervisor will call you. Very rude! What's going on? He will call you. You admitted to touching the bait box so I have to pull it. No further answers. I am stunned! I get a call about 30 minutes later from a Victor, completely rude and from the tone of his voice he is ready for conflict and confrontation. I have no idea what I have done wrong at this point or why this is happening. Victor proceeds to tell me that I should know better than touch poison and have tampered with their box and bc I have a dog it will be removed immediately. Huh?? Totally stunned and offended that this person is basically calling me stupid. Noel never told me that if I touched it in anyway that I was in some sort of violation or said anything other than it was poison, duh, and keep the dog away. Again, duh. I am not a moron. I did what any regular person would do and one time looked in when I hadn't seen any squirrels in a week or so to see if the bait was being eaten. I didn't lick my fingers like I ate chicken nor did I let my dog, who was so super not interested in the bait box or what I was looking at come near me. The "supervisor " Victor was so rude and acted like he is in charge of something very special and told me "this was for my dog's well being" and that " I should know better" . Appreciated, but, again, I'm not stupid. It's MY dog. Why would I let her near poison? I simply unscrewed the cap, on the very top, and looked inside. Then screwed the cap back on. The end. Didn't disturb a single thing. NO ONE TOLD ME NOT TO LOOK AT IN IT OR I WOULD BE IN SOME KIND OF BREACH IF I DID. Victor was SUPER argumentative and very unprofessional for a "supervisor" . I ended with asking him to refund my portion of the 2 weeks I paid for the bait box and he could have it back. Mmmk mmmmk mmmkk, I will, I will, is what I got. So completely rude and aggressive for no reason. I even told him this was a review and he didn't care. I am unsatisfied and offended. It was $275.00 for one month and no one has come knocking with a refund check, as I requested. Corporate. Review your people and policies.
