I have been a customer of ZeeBest for sometime when Lee the owner was servicing my house. You ask anyone in town how great Lee is, they will tell you! Now that Lee-has retired and the family has taken over the business. The service is OK, I really like Manny and he moved on so I'm back to another tech, who spends more time in his truck than getting the service I deserve, but if your unsatisfied you can have a call back so yesterday that's exactly what I did! My house was covered in box elders. I know the season is starting early, but I've never seen it this bad especially after I removed my problem tree. When the new tech showed up for the re-spray, Zach was super nice and great personality and he asked what issues I was having and I said, please provide a deep spray to my house so that's what he did! I asked the other tech for that same service since it was the beginning of the season, but that certainly didn't occur. While Zach was here, he knocked down two wasp nests getting ready to hatch. Thank you Zach!! Now that's what should have happened during the first visit. Immediately, I sent a text to the owner and told them how satisfied I was with my service. Got a quote to spray for ants. It was $270 for first spray and the way it worked out it would run $900 each summer. To us, that is high. Higher than other quotes that I received. That is a big chunk for only spraying through the summer (I believe it was four times). I just got another company that works out to less than half that price. They did a great job too. I am giving this review based on prices quoted not work done. I gave them 3 stars just for answering the phone and explaining things to me. I must say that the person who talked to me was not professional. Sounded like they had better things to do that acquire a new customer. I had to even ask if she was an answering service. The person who answers the phone or answers the door is the gateway to your business. You will get a customer or the customer will move on. read more

Today ZeeBest Pest control came over to the house for a basic proactive bug spray. Called up Elizabeth in the front office who was able to schedule us. I really appreciated her communication to include text messages day of service allowing me time to put dogs away. Manny arrived on time and took the time to talk with me to find out what I was looking to spray. Manny had the property protected in no time and after he was finished wrote a short report and gave me a clear assessment of this thoughts for next season's bug service. We just bought our house here in Reno and there was a massive boxelder bug infestation in the back and front yard, in addition to wasps, spiders, and ants. Usually with pest control companies you don't necessarily expect the technicians to be as informed and attentive as during the initial introductory discussion, but that wasn't the case here. Wow, what can I say. I had some creatures burrowing near my sump pump in the back yard. I was afraid it might be snakes I contacted Zeebest and Lee, the owner came out to assess the area. Lee was super friendly and very helpful in determining the cause of all the holes in the ground. Lee told me it was nothing to worry about as it was just mice burrowing near the sump pump.
