Their service is just top notch, they really care about their jobs and are always thorough. I originally used them as a "one time" job to rodent proof my garage. They figured out what had to be done including replacing the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door, adding steel wool where the rodents could get in and better sealing the top of the door. We haven't had a rodent in the garage since. The job was so thorough that I ended up signing up for their monthly service and I have been happy ever since. I have since recommended them to every neighbor and at least 4 of them have used Raptor and have the same view as I do on Raptor's service and thoroughness.

I paid approximately $1,500 for their woodpecker deterrent system only after asking a very specific question before purchasing: "If it doesn't work, will I get my money back?" Nick the "Manager" assured me that I would and even told me they had never had one fail before. Based on that promise, I agreed to move forward. The system was installed, and they even came back out to verify that it was working properly. Not only did the woodpecker continue to come back, it actually stayed and lived in the hole it had created in my house. The deterrent system did absolutely nothing to stop the bird or prevent further activity. It completely failed to do what I paid $1,500 for it to do. I later found the same deterrent unit on Amazon for around $200. Charging customers $1,500 for a product that can be purchased for a fraction of that price and then refusing to stand behind it when it doesn't work, is incredibly disappointing. When I contacted Nick about honoring what he promised before the sale, he suddenly told me the decision was up to Tim, the owner of Eco Pest Wildlife Management. I then spoke directly with Tim, who told me he would call me back so we could work something out. He never did. I called multiple times, left messages, and got absolutely nowhere. Tammy in the office repeatedly assured me that either Nick or Tim would return my calls. They never did. The most frustrating part is that I wasn't even asking for a full refund. I simply wanted a fair partial refund since their expensive product failed to do what it was sold to do. Instead, they chose to ignore me. A company's true character is revealed when something goes wrong. Rather than honoring what was promised or even having the courtesy to return a phone call, Eco Pest Wildlife Management chose to ghost a paying customer. My advice: save yourself the money and the frustration. Based on my experience, you can buy the same deterrent unit on Amazon for about $200, install it yourself in a matter of minutes, and save roughly $1,300. I didn't see anything about the installation or service that justified paying $1,500. I would never do business with Eco Pest Wildlife Management again and would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere before spending thousands of dollars with this company.
