The final straw came when we discovered a large, active wasp nest inside our dryer vent. Not only was it a safety concern, but it also meant we couldn't use our washer or dryer. When we contacted our existing pest control provider, they told us it would be five days before they could come out. That response was incredibly disappointing given the urgency of the situation. This company is the only one I found that will do month to month without a contract. First visit $85 then $35 if you have them return within 30 days, residential. I called many other Pest businesses and all want you to commit for a year. They all have licenses to used stronger/harsher chemicals. Orkin and other big names will not stop calling. They (Orkin) did say they'd beat any deal but I did not want to get into another conversation with them. The lady and gentlemen are friendly. The man likes to explain better. They choose the right bait but you need to show them since you know the problem areas best. Also, it is a pest company and you many have one pest that is driving you crazy but let them know before their visit of other pests, wasps (although they eat my organic tomato pests and keep a nest alive), snails, spiders, even birds for growers. Do yourself a favor and keep chemiclas off you garden. Ask for singlular baits or traps. Major plus is the guarantee job. They will return if the problem persists but know if the problem has been around for several years it takes a process. Our problem is small black ants and no single market product helped. Minus is their have missed appointments by 1-3 hours. We are home all day but I can see that is an improvement that can be made.
