The galvanized pipe above the kitchen started leaking 2 weeks in and... next thing you know, the whole house needed plumbing work done as the pipes are about to leak due to rust. It was a big job and Wayside team completed it within a week. In our experience of hiring contractors, this is just amazing because it was done right, quick and on time. Recently, he and his crew replaced a 50-year-old unit in my Timberlake Condo unit that is quieter and more economical than the old unit that had finally developed leaks. The drainage line also had gotten plugged over the years allowing condensation overflow from the tray onto the wood flooring. The crew tried to blow it out but were unable, so a different way of ridding of condensation was added. Best to do yearly maintenence so problems don't develop and those have always been very reasonably priced.
