Chance came and took care of the problem and assured me that the nest of "yellow jackets" who somehow had made their way into the wall would be eliminated. He explained that the type of chemical used would kill the adults but not the larvae. He is coming back in 2-3 weeks to continue treatment. If the residual pest control chemical doesn't kill the newly hatched "yellow jackets" the second chemical treatment will be applied. Chance also said it was just "bad luck" that the yellow jackets got into the house.

More effective treatments. No stringing you along with repeat visits. Roaches: unlike the bigboys that you pay to have come repeatedly, have to empty cabinets, and the roaches die all over the place... his chemicals ended the roaches almost instantly, didn't have to empty anything, safe around animals, and didn't have to clean up roaches. On huge infestations (falling from ceiling), within 2 days there were no more live ones. So disgusting, and solved so quickly. Ants too: detected, found nest, got rid of. I didn't even know what's what the property had. He showed me the sawdust with body parts that's evidence of them.

I spent $1,850 with Alpha Pest Services for rodent control, and unfortunately, I'm extremely…read moredisappointed with the results. Justin came out at the end of March, and the service I paid for specifically included attic treatment, sealing the attic edge line, sealing exterior weep holes, sealing an entry point along the garage roofline, and attic baiting/trapping. The entire point of paying this much was not simply to put out traps--it was to identify and seal the entry points so the mouse problem would actually be addressed. Yet only a few months later, I'm once again hearing mice running back and forth up in the attic. For $1,850, I think it's completely reasonable to expect the exclusion work to last longer than a few months. Instead, my experience has been that the emphasis seems to be on returning for repeated treatments every few months rather than actually eliminating the source of the problem. I understand that no pest-control company can guarantee a mouse will never enter a home again, but when you charge $1,850 specifically for rodent control and exclusion/sealing work, customers should reasonably expect the entry points to be properly identified and secured. I paid for a solution to the problem, not an endless cycle of recurring treatments.
