He offered a good deal ($400 a year if pay now, $500 if pay quarterly) So I took him up on it. Ted came out and was super nice and informed and explained how the products work and assured me safe for children and pets. He sprayed inside and out and ant glue? in the cracks. He even swept the spider webs away from the front of the house. Unlimited visits included for all pests so goodbye So far so good! With a 10-month-old baby and a dog at home, we wanted someone we could trust to handle it safely and thoroughly. Eddie was fantastic from the first message. He responded quickly, gave a fair upfront price, and was patient answering all of our questions (and we had a lot of them). On the day of service, Eddie did a thorough inspection of the entire property, treated the perimeter, soffits, windows, doors, under the deck, and the shrubs. He explained exactly what product he was using, walked us through how long to keep our baby and dog away from treated areas, and made sure we felt comfortable before he left. Unfortunately, the rat escaped the following day when they returned to retrieve the trap. However, they came back again at no additional charge, replaced the bait, and provided us with a clear plan moving forward. During that visit, they also discovered a dead rat under our refrigerator (we're not sure how long it had been there). Thanks to their responsiveness and thoroughness, we now have real peace of mind. Then tell you that in order for them to officially close the account and stop the harassing calls, texts, emails, you have to pay an additional 3 months after your last service. Dont sign up with them they do not honor any part of their contract. Shady business practices, shady company.
