Where do I start....Mark and his daughter Michelle, who regularly services our home, are amazing. It's been years since I found a spider in our home which was the main concern for me. We also have had major construction over the years and with that have had multiple rat/mice incidents and Mark helped us through it all. They helped me when I had an overabundance of unwanted pests, insects, spiders, and bugs. This not only filled a need and brought great joy, but definitely had essential value. If you've had ants creeping into your pantry or spiders crawling in your closet, then you know the amount of distress it causes. Pest watch not only thoroughly eliminated these things from my property, but they did so with absolute care and professionalism. They would discreetly spray every other month, check on their traps, and make sure the place was free from anything undesirable. How can you miss something that isn't even gone? Because you know that there is an expiration date. If not for it, then definitely for you. Sadly, I had to move to a place that is outside of the service area for Pest Watch and for that I am sad. Let me start off with....Great service! Here is a little insight of the issue I had at my home. I've been attempting to get rid of rodents in my attic and garage for MONTHS. I did a ton of research and bought all these traps. And, I could not get rid of them. Then, I decided to call local companies in order to get quotes, considering I didn't have much luck trying to solve the issue myself. So, I called Pest Watch first and scheduled an appointment. Mark came out (same day) and gave me a quote. I appreciated him being on time, being honest and I just got a good vibe from him. So, I didn't even call a second company and decided to have Mark take care of it. He walked the entire perimeter of the house and pointed out a few areas where he thought rodents were entering the attic and garage. He got right to work that same day! After that day, he would contact me pretty much daily for an update. He would always show up when he said he would. I pretty much just sat back and watched him tackle the problem. I first learned about Pest Watch from a fellow Yelper's recommendation and review. I have been needing someone for quite a while. I swear I live on a bonafide ant hill. Ugh. I've called in other "big box" extermination companies and nope...cannot get rid of my constantly annoying little pests. I've tried it all my friends. Yes...I admit I made the sugar/borax cotton balls too. I was so desperate I figured if I made a feast of the borax cotton balls it would get rid of the billions of colonies that live underneath me. Nope. LMAO....it's a constant war and TRUST...They are winning guys!!!! What I don't understand is why they get to live here but I pay the mortgage?!!!! LOL So I'm really ambivalent and I'm gonna admit- I don't have a whole lot of hope but I called in Mark. My ant buddies have taken a little vacay (their normal course) but they will be back this Summer. What can I say?! I got the recommendation for Pestwatch via my Nextdoor app when I asked for a rodent control company. I decided to use Pestwatch after I read all the reviews. What a great decision! Mark came over the very next day after calling and assessed the house and found the openings the rats were using as their front door! Mark was referred by a friend. I'm so glad he came out to my house to help with my bug and creepy crawler issue. He came out the following day and took care of our insect issue. He located where they were coming from and went to work. Also while looking for bugs he found the biggest Black Widow I had ever seen. I used terminix for years. I have the outside serviced and their tech would be here no more than 5 minutes most of that time was spent leaving their invoice. I switched to Pest Watch a couple of years ago and I could not be more pleased. Mark is here at least 10-12 minutes and walks every inch of my property and even brushes away cob webs. Occasionally I have an issue with rodents who like my tile roof and he has been great about coming over in record time and fixing any rodent entry points I might have. Persistent, Persistent, Persistent!!! Choosing Pest Watch was the best choice I ever made!! This family business is a class act! Mark, (the owner), Michelle, (his daughter, and Chris (grandson) were very professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. They caught 3 rats total. The first two were caught within a couple of days. It was the last rascal that took 3 weeks to catch. Mark NEVER gave up! He brought in all kinds of different traps, and used several different types of bait. He even built a custom trap to put in the garage to try to catch this rat. Apparently rats are extremely smart and can become "trap shy" . Who knew!!!! Mark was determined to see the job through until it was completed, and mind you without complaining about the extra time or trying to nickel and dime me for anything else. They found several areas in which the varmints were getting in. There was a hole in a screen on the roof, trees that were to close to the house which made it easy to access the roof, and a gap on the garage door. As my mind was busy thinking about who I needed to come take care of all of these things Mark quickly told me he could take care of all of them. So, for an INCREDIBLE FAIR & REASONABLE price he took care of everything. It was a one stop deal. I can't praise this family group enough!
