After moving into a new construction house in Ontario Ranch that use to be dairy land, we quickly learned of the pest and bug problems that were stirred up during construction. We finally realized they were only addressing the insect issue and were completely ignoring the field mice issue we had. After finding mouse after mouse making their home in our garage, our BBQ, our backyard, we decided to call Signature Pest Control for a free inspection to see if they could help. Jeremy came out and did a very thorough inspection, found all the areas the mice were finding their way in and informed us of the treatment recommendations. He said the office would be getting back to us in the next day or so with the quotes and left without pressuring us to sign up for immediate service. Signature had the quote to us just a few hours later via email (which I was a very reasonable rate) again with no pressure to sign for their services. Jeremy and the office staff followed up with us shortly after just to confirm we understood what was recommended, asked if we had any additional questions and just overall provided great customer service. We decided to sign on with Signature for service and have been extremely happy almost a year later! After the first round of traps, we found all but one with a mouse in it and our mice problem has since diminished. Edwin did a thorough inspection of my entire property to find points of entry. He identified them and gave me the quotes for trapping any animals up there and sealing up the breaches. He also gave me a second quote for a deep cleaning of the attic if I desired. Within a week they came out and finished the trapping and sealing. Only took them about an hour. I feel SO RELIEVED. Reached out to signature pest in regards to a horrible pigeon problem in our ceiling and on our roof. After a couple of projects on our end, the pigeons would not leave. Update: signature came out to do a once over and found some old dry rot areas. I was given a quote and I approved it. Once they got here, they realize they did not have to do as many repairs as they thought and actually lowered the price. So honest! I work at a church in Rancho Cucamonga and we had a bee hive that decided to set up camp in a piece of furniture that was sitting in our dumpster area. I called a couple of places, hoping to find someone to come out the same day as we had youth group meeting the same night and didn't want to risk anyone getting stung. After some unsuccessful calls, I reached out to Signature and I'm so glad I did! Unfortunately, I did not interact with the person who came out, so I'm not sure his name. But, Signature Pest Control sent someone out the same day, he actually showed up earlier than we anticipated. He wanted to take care of the hive right then, but decided to wait because of the kids being on campus (he told us the extermination process would severely upset the hive). Do not use them. I don't understand why they have high ratings - I think those must be fake reviews. I called them to help with small black ants in my kitchen. I'd never used pest services before, so I didn't know that it's not standard to be told you and pets have to be out of your house for 4 hours during/after the treatment. But that's what I was told, so I did, the first time, and the second time, when the guy came back since the ants returned after 2 weeks. But when the ants came back after another week, I decided I'd rather call a pest service that actually does the job right. This other company (a more well-known company) told me I don't have to be out of my house at all, and doesn't know why I was told that. The inspector looked all around to find the source of the ants (which the other tech, Richard, hadn't done at all). This tech found the source: an ant nest under a tree in our backyard, which we hadn't known about. So, he treated it. He said that without treating it, the ants would have always just kept coming back, but by treating it, we might be able to get rid of the problem for good. So after my review of the previous bad experience, the owner Jim reached out to me and asked to come take a look himself, he personally went up the attic and placed more rat traps for couple more weeks and caught a couple more rats since then. I was still upset about the miscommunication between the employees that made me feel rejected and ignored even tho I was a paying customers, but Jim made me feel better by trying to fix the rat problem instead of ignoring it. We've caught a couple rats since then, and the noises has gone away, my husband learned how to set traps since this incident so my husband will continue to set the traps up there until the rats are completely gone. Seeing how sincere Jim was, I decided to give them another chance and see if this time my experience would be a pleasant one, I needed termite service on my house, but I am pregnant at the same time so my life has been crazy with doctors appointment, morning sickness, work and personal chores. It took me a while to finally schedule the appt with them, they were patient and was not pushy. Although they missed a spot of termite but as soon as I told them they were right on top of things. I'm a careful person so I double check and triple compare everything. So far the second experience has been very well, they replaced the dry wood and inserted chemical for termites. Everything look nice and I hope it'll stay termite free, I will double check again next year to make sure there is no further termite infestation. I've used this company only because I could not find a company who would do both pest control and rats. They have by far the worst customer service. They have also billed me for services that were not complete. For instance saying they checked all bait traps and changed them out which is inaccurate because we have one bait trap inside the house and they have not in the past 6 months entered my home. The guy who did the inspection was fine. When he did the paperwork for our VA loan, according to Colleen, he did it wrong. We had to wait for it to be fixed and resent and we were confused . They charged us 500 dollars to fix a small spot of dry rot and to spray a place where we already replaced all the wood just 2 weeks prior. There were NO termites there, guaranteed! They would not let us do the repairs. They said it was because they would not leave the area exposed. We could have done the work they were asking for 50 dollars. Colleen was not pleasant.
