I tried to submit a comment but this company is so bad it was to big for the site. brief version is that this company is completely unprofessional, incompetent, uncaring of customers or there time and totally unreliable.
3/3/20 employee damages my fence by forcing a door on a double gate in the wrong direction ( against the hinge and also pushed so hard to move it with a door rod in ground to help secure door in high winds)
Same day spoke to Dave the owner who said " its unacceptable , I want to come out and look at it, I will look into it and call u back in 2 days"
10 days later no one has called me, so I called and left a voicemail for Dave, NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. 3/25/20 Maria calls and says tec will be out at 11am 3/26 (great advanced notice) and Dave will call me. 3/26 NO call from DAVE , Maria calls and says Fred owner is tec but will be out at 1 not 11. No one calls or shows up, I call 1:30 and 2:30 to ask wheres the tec. Finally at 2:57 Fred calls to say he is on the way, told him I was no longer there appt was 1pm. Finally call from Dave appt set for 3/27 at 11am. 10:46 am Dave calls and cancels, promises to see me 4/1 and Annie will set tec appt for same day. 4/1 comes and neither Dave nor tec shows up, no calls. I call and leave voicemail complaining on both company and Daves cell. 4/2 Dave calls, I tell him I left voicemail that he and tec both didnt show 4/1, he said he didnt listen to entire message and didnt know anything about tec no show, didnt seem to care he no showed also. He says he can come today. I tell him no. He says 4/3 is good and will call then. I said OK. 4/3 NO CALL NO SHOW DAVE. On 4/3/20 call company ANNIE, tell her its been at least 9 no shows no calls by company, I will file a BBB complaint, reviews online , and small claims court for fence damage and they are fired. She tried to claim I cancelled on them and I burst out laughing and told her I have all the voicemails, conversations ect and her records are bull. Tell Dave company is fired. She acknowledged it and I hung up. Crazily Dave calls me 6 minutes later and wants to set up appt to look at fence. I laugh and say I just spoke to Annie, I have had enough of no shows and no calls and u r fired. He says that he knows, he just spoke to her. WTH are u calling me to set up an appt like all is good?? I tell him I had enough of his poor company and they are fired. His response was that I cant speak to people like that, I am closing your account and will not do business with me. I laughed and told him that I fired them already. Not a normal statement from a company that was fired already and acknowledged that they were fired already. Told him I have all the voice records and will see him in court for fence and hung up. Dave called me back immediately yelling at me, totally unprofessional, juvenile and to me a bit crazy. I cut him off , told him not to call me again or I will file a report, I will file a BBB complaint, online reviews and see him in small claims court for fence damage and told him that he is an a**hole for calling and yelling at me and I hung up.
Horrible company, constant no shows, numerous appointments and no one shows up, MANY calls to office and Dave with no replies. They tried to claim I cancelled appointments, not them BS, I have the phone records, calls, voicemails ect. What a poorly run company with seriously questionable ownership. I love to support new companies , not anymore. Pest Zero changed that. My opinion of this company is right in its name ZERO read more
