How do I reconcile the boutique and nicely curated offering in the store with the actual…read moreexperience? I totally get the low ratings. This is not a luxury experience even though the price tags and brand names tells you it should be. The obvious first frustration is the parking lot. I understand that free parking is very nice perk but I rather pay $2 on the street compared to the insanity that can be found on that asphalt. The clientele that uses Pusateri are very scary when it comes to driving... a lot of them are unaware or selfish. They drive their car like how they drive their carts in the aisles... completely vacant of their environment or people near them, super slow and blocking everyone, they do 25 point turn because they're super careful to not scratch their old Mercedes, and they are unable to park nicely without going over the line into your spot. I would suggest parking on the road. As for the store itself... it's quite nice but it feels extremely crammed as there is so much in the aisle ways and shelves. Plus its a low ceiling compared to most modern spots. I would say that if it's busy, just don't bother with a carts as you can barely maneuver around the place. Just go with a hand held basket ... even then you'll still stand around waiting for most people to stop in the middle of the aisle for their personal convenience. It is clean and there are a lot of staff just taking care of each detail. That's a good thing. I do find this store has many great brands you can't find in most common groceries and it's meat, fish, and cheese section is very very comprehensive. For such a small space, it has more selection. But you pay for it... possibly because it's imported and higher quality but it still stings to see your favourite imported chocolate bar from USA be at $10. Or that balsamic vinegar at $40. As for service, I'm not sure if they're so overwhelmed that they dont see everyone or that they cater to the reoccurring favourites first. More than once I've been passed over for service. Sure... when you have their attention, they can be very nice and thorough. But for me, I walked out empty handed after waiting for a few minutes to only see other people get service. Oh well... I saved my money and used it to get great pizza next door. I dont think this place is really wanting everyone to shop there. With the lack of awareness of price numbering (no 4s!!), it's clear they dont care about the Asian population and their dollars. I mean, even Loblaws and Costco is in that cultural awareness space. Also, I dont think they really think young people should shop there too... I saw more catering towards the older generation. Good for them but for me, maybe I'll stick to places that want my business.

Everything I order is individually vaccuum packed which I love. They have a wide range of selections. Service: Quick and reliable. Once you order, the food comes directly to my doorstep. Word on the street is that their chicken nuggets are the same ones from McDonalds but the rejects. This is hearsay, so take it with a grain of salt. I've tried it and cannot tell the difference between this and Mcdonald's. I also heard they supply for high end prominent restaurants in Toronto. We ordered the chicken drumsticks, dry-aged burger patties, wagyu burger patties, steak lovers box and Iberico pork and cranberry sausages. They weren't missing items this time. Good quality meats and it does come with a premium price tag. My only feedback is that I wish the burger patties were individually labelled. Since once we put it in the freezer, it's mixed in and hard to tell apart.

They sell tuna, fatty tuna, scallop, uni, etc as well in the fridge but they do have sets rolls if you are into as well. They sell japanese snacks and frozen goods as well. The store is a pretty decent size where you are able to find your favourite Japanese pantry items, frozen foods, and prepared sashimi. There is also a menu you can order from where your sushi is made fresh. The store is clean and can get busy at times as they have fresh sushi. The store is well-lit and organized. During my time there I bought some Japanese pasta sauce as well as an already premade chirashi bowl. Although it was busy, the cashiers and staff were efficient. I saw that there were also people picking up sushi platters, likely something they preordered before. Overall, a great Japanese store selling a variety of items as well as fresh sushi!

This Terroni x Cumbrae's collaboration is something special, and we absolutely loved it. I've always had a soft spot for Cosimo Mammoliti's restaurants, partly because they hail from the same small town in Calabria as my father -- but this experience felt like a whole new level. We started with the Salmone Crudo -- Irish organic salmon, tamari, pickled shallot, caper, extra virgin olive oil -- and it was melt-in-your-mouth good, balanced and beautifully executed. We also shared the Ricotta e 'Nduja pizza -- mozzarella, ricotta, 'nduja, honey, chili, chives -- a beautiful balance of savory, spicy, and sweet, with the 'nduja bringing that unmistakable Calabrian kick. The king of the night, though, was the 14oz dry-aged Ribeye (6-8 weeks aged) -- succulent, rich, and cooked perfectly. Paired with a bottle of Valpolicella Ca' Rugate, it made for a standout dining experience. A big thank you to Miles for the amazing hospitality -- we truly loved the experience. Overall, an exceptional meal that blends Italian soul with serious steakhouse craftsmanship -- absolutely worth a return visit. Saluti.

As they were having a promotion for buy one, get one 50% off, I promptly selected two that I hadn't tried before. The bread quality is just EXCEPTIONAL, so soft and moist and chewy - and healthy, too, with no artificial additives or added sugars. Delicious and filling and gut-friendly, this is the Asian bakery taken to another level. I also ordered an iced matcha latte which was actually quite good - I appreciated that the matcha flavour was fairly strong and not at all covered up by the taste of the milk. The only downside is that the price is perhaps a bit higher than average. But I have a terrible feeling it won't be deterring me from regular visits. P.S. The mall in which this store is situated has a rooftop patio!!! Grab your buns and take the elevator up to enjoy the sun, clouds, and wind (very windy up there, experiencing it as I write this review).
