Plan of action was to treat the entire area via trenching method, and drilling along a couple of places that had concrete along the house. Appt date was set, and they showed up on time with qualified technicians. They were efficient and disrupted the lawn around the house minimally. The price for the entire service was way less than we anticipated. The entire process was done quick, though, and I highly recommend this company.

Orkin has to be one of the worst pest control companies I've ever hired…read more After paying them $97.43 monthly for termite control and $37.89 for pest control over $1,623 in a year I found dead termites scattered throughout my home. I called them for the first time. Their inspector walked around, said I didn't really have a termite problem, never lifted a single bait station off the ground, then quoted me $7,000 extra to treat the attic. If I don't have a problem, why quote seven grand for treatment? And if they did want to treat the attic, why did they refuse to do anything about the termites I found on my floors at ground level? Their guarantee was worthless. Total rip off.

When Troy came out I told him what we were experiencing and he took a walk around the house on the outside and inside. He observed a couple of areas that could contribute to our problem. He arranged to send out one of their exterminators and Luis came out a few days later and sprayed inside the house around the house and around and up about 6' ft. on one of the trees overhanging the house. There was a tree I recently had cut down and we found a section that had recently been cut to shorter lengths had a nest of the Carpenter Ants in there and Luis sprayed it and around it also. He said to give it a few days to see good results and so far everything looks good!
