Is it fair to assume to be employed at pestgard, it is a prerequisit to breed mosquitos? Or perhaps encouraged? I do assume, for those less knowledgeable, once employed by pestgard, basic training would inform them of mosquitos breeding in standing water, along with the health risk mosquitos pose! I live next to one of pestgards employees by the name of Keri Brewer, who drives a company car home everyday and who i am sure advises customers about not having standing water on their property. Her property has countless buckets, pans, pots, and other trash full of standing water. If this site would permit, i would include photos that clearly prove my post. I will be looking for a site that that allows me prove her negligence while working for a company claiming to be experts on pesky mosquitos and many other pest. . read more

We were scheduled for tenting and fumigation on Tuesday morning. They came after 2 PM and tented and fumigated. We were told it would be available in 24 hours. They did not remove the tenting until Wednesday evening and began fans to clear it out. The process ended Thursday afternoon after 3 phone calls for information. Then when they removed the tarps, they damaged to siding and flashing in 4 or 5 places. When I inquired, they said it was the property's fault as the flashing was too thin and the tarps were too heavy. In short, they refused to repair anything. Never use this company. Virgil, Teresa and Alison are amazing. We had issues with termites. Teresa came right out provided a comprehensive inspection with a resolution plan. Virgil installed safeguards to eliminate the termites. Alison assisted in scheduling with service and follow ups. Virgil serviced our property he is very knowledgeable, explains how things work. Worst pest company around. Dishonest, lousy job, unprofessional. they lie about treating properties when they don't even show up to treat them. You will be billed whether they treated the property or not. And they will tell you that they did. If you have cameras, like I do, you can prove to them that they didn't. I shouldn't have had to do that. They changed the rules of my contract after 15 years of being with them saying they no longer wanted to include an outbuilding. They can't do that. Then they fired me for being a difficult customer. I just wanted them to do the job that I paid for. I always paid on time and yes, I did stand up for myself when I saw that they were cheating me. read more

My neighbor had his place tented by Pestguard. We have quite a few feral cats around here, n with the Hurricane, guite of bit of the skirting was blown off the bottom of the trailer. I asked 3 guys that day to please, please, begged them to make sure no cats were under the trailer, just bang on it, n they'll run. I have been feeding these ferals for years, n consider them my family like my indoor cats as they let me pet them and are very friendly. I saw my Cali girl Tuesday morning for feeding n never saw her again til Thursday when they took the tent off and I found her dead. I'm still devastated from the pure neglect of this company. They assured me they'd make sure no cats were under there. You could see very clearly under the trailer if they had looked, but they didn't do their job. I did reach out to the company, got a call back, he said he was sorry. Well , that doesn't bring her back to her sibling that is mourning her mom. I definitely would not recommend this company as they evidently don't have any compassion for feral animals that are our pets too! And also she was about 3 and 1/2 ft from the opening of where the skirting was torn down. So like I said they didn't try too hard, and what a shame. This poor cat has lived her life on the streets which is very hard for any animal, and is gassed to death by a negligent company. They ought to be ashamed of themselves and train their people to go above & beyond to make sure there's no animals living under there. If I would have been home that day, this would have not happened! And I blame myself for not being here and being her voice because those idiots definitely weren't! read more

We hired Pestguard for a termite tent fumigation. Ours was the third house on our street in a week to be tented- all from different companies. Pestguard had the highest price but the communication from the Sales Manager was excellent. So that's why we chose them. They did the job on short notice which was helpful. BUT we didn't return home to find things in the same condition. The back panel of our new kitchen cabinets was scraped, the window shades in one room were mangled, the new coffee maker was dented, and the bathroom had been used. The work crew doesn't appear to be conscientious of being in a home...considering the $$$ you pay and the trust you have to give to hand your keys over to people you don't and won't know ... I expect better. Like I said- sales manager was great but we won't be recommending them to neighbors or signing up for an annual plan. We'll be taking our neighbors' recommendation next time. read more

We called Pestguard to tent our house and couldn't be happier. We had a contract with Terminix for years and became very disappointed in their customer service. When Pestguard tented our home, an unexpected storm with strong gusts of wind blew apart a section of the tent after their staff left. After noticing a live termite post-tenting, we called Pestguard and set up an appointment with their Service manager, Ron Netiquette. He understood our concern and rescheduled another tenting for us. He spent time with us and couldn't be nicer. We highly recommend Pestguard to anyone who wants to deal with a company that cares about their customers. read more

I've been using this company for the last 13 years recently they've been very difficult to deal with inconsistent information telling me one thing that's on the contract that's not I can't be certain that they're playing treatments when they say they are in general almost kind of a rude to me and her new staff turnover has not been a pleasant experience with them my business is going elsewhere read more

Horrible. Horrible. Did I say horrible customer service? I went on line to set up a WDO inspection through their website as I was instructed. This was on a Friday. I called them on Monday and Jason informed me to send him information on the home and he would be able to get it done. He would call me when complete. NO call. On Tuesday I called again and after I explained who I was he told me he would be sure to get it done and once again asked for all the info. I gave it to him. No call. On Wednesday I pleaded with him to get the WDO inspection done as time is of the essence for this real estate deal. He told me he believes another tech did the inspection (Tim) and he would call me right back. No Call. I called several times and the Voice Mail was now taking all calls. I texted him and begged him for some answers and he texted back and said he would go to the house and email me when he was their - no call and no text. On Thursday I called again and voice mail again. I called his manager and that went straight to voice mail. I called Eli who apparently is the comptroller of the company and he did not understand what my problem was and as he put it "called me right after his lunch" so why am I so upset. I told him I don't understand how a company can work like this and he told me he would call Jason. Jason called me and I had to go over everything again with him! IT was as if I had never had a conversation with him!!!!!!!!! I asked him if he was ok. I informed him Tim does not work for his company anymore. He was silent. I finally said forget it. I have wasted so much time and if someone could have just told me you could not get it done I would not be in the jam I am. He opened up and started to tell me how they are changing systems and they do not plan on doing WDO inspections anymore and so forth...I said good bye. Eli left a message on my phone later to see if Jason had called me....I just had to laugh. I usually do not leave reviews but this was a really bad experience and the worst of it all was the basic customer service.
