Turned out that Ehrlich has been just as solid as Liberty, and I'm thrilled that I stayed. Every year, I sign up for the comprehensive plan, which has done an amazing job of keeping insects out of my house. There's always once a year when yellowjackets or wasps build a nest in the soffit outside - I call Ehrlich, they zap it, and the bugs are gone for good. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed. I have a very tight schedule due to my hybrid job and Michael made sure to confirm his visit the day before and keep me updated throughout the day on timing. He was able to identify the opening and and offer long term solutions. He sealed the opening, replaced old traps, check the radiators and vents and closets for any small holes. Before he left, he even handed me some more glue traps. He was extremely professional and I feel happy with the service provided.
