As a longtime 10 year customer I thought that possibly they could waive the month or offer me a discount on following this up - but they said NOPE. During last visit in April they rebaited the stations but didn't remove the 7 mice that was on the glue traps I installed. I paid for an outdoor bait station that was never treated with bait. Turns out that bait station didn't have the necessary spikes inside unit to put the blocks of poison onto. Never get the same tech to treat. Company seems not to care and certainly not customer oriented. Subpar service. Seek other company.

Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed. I was unable to speak directly with a representative from Ehrlich, and the fact that my request was misdirected has raised concerns about the level of service I can expect.
