You can't add a bunch of charges to a bill after you go to a house, break my personal belongings and then get called out publicly with receipts. No one told me anything about these surprise charges before the service was rendered. When I mailed it in with my information and address, I got a call from the owner who wanted to know more about the certificate because he'd never seen it. The individual who had offered this donation and signed the certificate was no longer working for the company. Rather than saying I'm the owner and didn't approve this, he said that it wasn't my fault and he'd honor the prize. Service was scheduled for them to come 3 days later and the technician arrived right at the start of a 2 hour window. My parent's House had major issues with German cockroaches the first treatment got about 75% of them and the second treatment, followed three months later and completely eradicated them.
