And when he was in his final days, I brought him to Pet Village and all the staff came out to say goodbye to him. This is the best place for dogs.

They hose the floor off with water once or twice an hour. In a room of twenty dogs there are 4 dog beds, a stepped ramp and a kiddie pool. Dogs just pace back and forth while a worker stands in the room. I added on "training" thinking it would help my dogs nerves as I watched her on their webcam pace and jump up on the worker repeatedly trying to get attention or comfort. They gave her 20 minutes of "training" which doubled the cost of daycare. This is not a good environment for dogs. Also don't park anywhere near the loading dock because that is where they rinse the urine from the daycare room throughout the day. Response: As much as I appreciate a response from the owner defending their business it did not negate the reality of our experience. The pictures I posted with this review are just screen shots of the videos I recorded of my dogs experience. Maybe don't offer live webcams if you don't want people to be unhappy with the level of care and cleanliness happening in your facility.

We had updates every day with how Kimmie was doing and multiple pictures which put me straight at ease seeing how pampered and content she was staying there. She had her own area to relax in, everything was so clean, a TV playing music and bird sounds quietly in the background and a protected, enclosed outside area for her to safely sunbathe and watch all the birds and bugs outside. I have boarded my cats at many different facilities but they don't even come close to the wonderful care and attention that Kimmie received during her stay. But if you need a safe economical place to board your dog for a day or several, Animal Inn is awesome. There only seems to be one exceptionally friendly, loving (and a tad overworked) young lady working there, but she's awesome and obviously loves animals. As long as she's there, we'll keep using the Inn. They'll feed their own quality adult or puppy food, but we've always brought pre-measured kibble packets in zip locks for each dog for twice a day feeding), and that's worked great. We also send them with some chew and play toys which get inventoried and returned. Sent our golden puppy when he was about 3 mos., and the puppy and adult golden a couple months later. Two big thumbs up for the Animal Inn.
