There was also this whole misunderstanding where I thought this was a no kennel place, but when I tried to explain myself, they were rude and unprofessional to me, constantly interrupting me and calling me "kid." They charged me for some fee I'm unsure of since they didn't give me a receipt nor asked me if I wanted one. They rushed through my dog's appointment in under 30 minutes and he has uneven spots on him.

They both needed a full shave…read more My only complaint, and I should have been more specific with my requests, was they shaved down their legs and didn't leave the little "leg warmer" look that every other groomer has. They also shaved (cleaned up around) their paws and ears. I've always seen that left natural. The price was fantastic, and the ladies were great. I will be calling them again soon!!

I dropped my pets off at 730 am and spoke with the groomer about specifics for my 4 yr old shorkie and my 15 week old shorkie. I explained several times what I would like. She took notes and I left. I arrived promptly when they called for pickup. When I seen my pets I was astonished by how they looked. Both pets hair was completely shaved. We discussed them both being trimmed with a teddy bear cut around the face. Neither of which had. I was so upset. I tried speaking with the groomer about how upset I was and she walked off when she saw I wasn't happy. Her response was it will grow back. $164 was my bill for 2 grooming fees. I will never go back to this place.
