INCREDIBLE experience at pet gallery getting my 13 year old dog's nails trimmed! best $12 i have ever spent. the two ladies who trimmed her nails were so sweet. my dog hates getting her nails cut and i absolutely dread it, so i was happy to see them tag team the job. one of them held my dog in a hug basically and pet her to calm her down while the other woman trimmed my dog's nails. took less than 5 min! read more

When I realized my dog was reluctant to enter any Petsmart after grooming experiences, I tried the Pet Gallery. Pricing is much more reasonable here than most chain locations. The service is amazing because they allow you to drop off in the morning and pick up after work. Once I even forgot about pick up and was very late, but they stayed open to accommodate me. I love the Pet Gallery. They've been very helpful when it came to my picky pets. I had issues finding a wet food for my three cats and Nicole and Jackie helped me figure it all out and the cat's, finally, selected a food they loved, for a about a week, so I then had to go to another food. They had ordered a case of food that I was not going to buy, but that was no big deal. They simply wanted the cats to be happy; we have gotten them on a good food schedule, but it took a while and Jackie and Nicole were as paitent as they could be. They also helped me with my Greyhound when I first adopted him to get the boy a nice regimented diet that would not upset his sensitive system. I have also used them for grooming my Australian Shepherd mix and she always looked so pretty & was very happy and mellow when I picked her up. read more

The groomers at Pet Gallary are wonderful and so sweet. They provide great service and are really good with our rescue dog, who is scared of most strangers. They have offered us good advice on dandruff shampoos to use and even had a recommendation to help our cat with his hairballs. After using the same groomer for 5 years who's service recently declined and caused my fur baby to get sick, I took my 14yo Lhasa Apso to Pet Gallery upon the recommendation of a friend and was not disappointed. I usually shop at Park Pet Supply in EAV but I was out of Wellness cat food and knew I wasn't going to get there before they closed, so I "cheated" on them with Pet Gallery, which my phone told me was nearby. What a lovely discovery! Lots of high-end grain-free foods for cats, including some brands I hadn't seen before. They also had a lot of eco-friendly cat toy options. I do wish their selection of cat treats was better - they had a scraggly handful, whereas they had racks and racks of dog treats.
