Went down hill. I was a client for 3 years and had been mostly satisfied. Today, everything changed. There must have been some technology clitch and I never got the SMS saying my dog was ready. They finally called me to pick her up. Instead of believing me when I told them I hadnt gotten their texts (although I showed them my phone) they proceeded to charge me the penalty of a dollar for every minute past the grace period. I am not complaining about paying the penalty (I am fully aware it exists and understand why businesses need these policies). I am furious that they are unwilling to recognize there was a glitch and decided to not rely on my word, not trust the phone when I showed them I hadnt gotten their texts and disregards our history, and waive the penalty. An appt that usually costs around 80 plus tax and tip, today costs $194 without including tip!!!!!!! Here go the details if you are interested. When I dropped my dog off I was told I would be notified 30 min before she was ready and that it should take approximately 1 and a half hours to cut her hair. In the past I had shown up at the time I had been told when I dropped her off (although I hadnt gotten the text) and she hadnt been ready. Therefore I began to rely on the texts before going to pickup. Usually this was fine except for one occasion. I was told she would be ready around 4:30. Then I was texted that it was taking longer. We went back and forth and I finally decided to go and stand there at 7:30 pm and insisted on getting my dog. She was still wet. Although I never got an apology or a discount for the poor service, given the long relationship, I took my dog in today. Today I didnt het their texts. There must have been some sort of glitch. Given I wasnt responding to the texts they said they had sent me they finally called me 2.5 hours passed the time they told me she should be ready. I told them I hadnt gotten the text and they proceeded to tell me I should have shown up at the time they had given me upon drop off. Upon arrival I showed them I hadnt gotten their text. Then they told me I should have picked her up at the time I was given and shouldnt have waited for the text. I told them about my experiences in the past when I had shown up at the approximate times I was told, and the time I waited 4 hours and still got a wet dog. Anyways, my dog is fine, and has a great hair cut as always. When I get into the car, their texts started coming through. They told me they had charged my credit card 194 dollars. I was surprised that although I had shown them that I hadnt gottern their texts, they still charged me their penalty. Duchess (5 month old goldendoodle) saw Andrea for her first ever puppy groom. The process was seamless from beginning to end. I booked the appointment online and uploaded her vaccine records in the online portal. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a member of the staff who took me through some questions and advised me of the process from there. Upon this initial intake, Duchess was checked for matted hair, upon which time I was advised that my appointment would cost more ($15 per matted area I believe). I found this to be completely reasonable since this would require more of Andrea's time to complete the service. I was texted a photo of Duchess when she was almost ready for pick up and I proceeded on my way back down to the establishment (earlier than I anticipated). Upon arrival, Andrea came out to speak with me about how Duchess did (she did great!) and give some advice for maintaining her coat and the schedule we should maintain. Duchess was very clearly treated well during her visit and did not show any signs of discomfort or anxiety when I picked her up. I will say that Andrea's prices are not cheap, which I am ok with given the quality of service and level of care with my pup. I was referred to this groomer by a friend of mine who heard about this doggy spa and knew this would be my speed. I was also looking to patronize a black owned business. I am super pleased! I was having trouble finding a groomer who I trusted with my puppy and their reviews were legit. This place is the BEST!! They took care of my puppy and he came out looking so refreshed and brand new. He smelled good and they let me know some of the issues he had when he was there. They are now part of our family and will be the only ones grooming our pets. I am referring them to everyone I know. They were not only professional, but very warm. My dog, similar to many other dogs, isn't the easiest when coming to the groomer's. He deals with anxiety which he is medicated for every single time he comes here. My dog is naturally very playful, happy, and healthy, which I hear time and time again from his vet. They've always done a great job grooming, but supporting a business to care for my pup is much more than swiping my card for a service. After several comments about my dog being "aggressive," I'm convinced that they just aren't as masterfully-trained dog experts as they claim they are. Yes, he has needs, and I usually trust that the experts have the tools and methods to address those needs but not here. Every other groomer he's been to gets to know him, listens to his needs, and takes the extra time and care to make him feel safe, even when he can't help but be scared. This was an emergency appointment as the new groomer we found (and he loves!) had a family emergency. But my dog could still remember and feel that something was scary about this place as he was very tense when we arrived. The staff is extremely nice, and I thank them for everything they've done while he has been coming here. Today was my first time speaking with Andrea in person who seemed unnecessarily defensive and called him aggressive again. They told me that my dog couldn't come here anymore, which I gladly accepted since it was my last time bringing him here anyway. I wouldn't book here if you're looking for compassion and/or patience for your dog from the owner. If I could separate the grooming from the customer service - I most certainly WOULD! However, customer service negates the actual experience. The cut and trim of my fur baby was nothing short of awesome! My Maltipoo looked like a shiny new penny when all was said and done. When I made the appointment, I wasn't completely aware of the salon being along the Inman Park area. No biggie. But when I arrive, it's clear that parking is going to be an issue that's close to the curb ending on the street, and gets me away from the ongoing traffic, since I'm in a wheelchair. No such luck with finding a spot that doesn't put me in the middle of traffic. So I call inside ... Me: Hi, my dog has an appointment today and I need to drop him off but with me being in a wheelchair, there's nowhere for me to park that doesn't put me in the heart of traffic. Is there someone who can either help me? Or come out to get my dog? Her: Due to Covid, I'm not allowed to come out to your vehicle. Me: What? Why not? People provide curbside service every day. I just need to drop him off. Her: We're not allowed to pick up pets from cars. You have to hand them over. Me: So you want me to get out of my car in the line of traffic since there's no handicapped parking around, push myself onto the curb JUST to hand him over to you? Her: I can block traffic so that you can get out safely. But I have to stay 6ft away from the customer. Me: Are you the owner? Cuz at this point, I don't even feel comfortable spending my money with your establishment since no one wants to make accommodations. And I'm not paying any penalties for not keeping the appointment. Her: No I'm just a tech. Let me tell the owner. (Two minutes later). The owner says if you cancel, you'll still be charged the 40% penalty. Me: ((( completely heartbroken yet highly upset - I try asking people on the street if they'd help by pushing me to the curb. Not a single soul helps. So I start to get out of the car, but my pooch gets really excited and tries to run to the girl. Now I'm still trying to hold onto him while getting out WHILE watching traffic, but it's turning into a fail. I start crying. Her: Here, I got him. (Starts to walk to the front door of the salon). Me: What do you mean you got him? Don't I need to come in? Her: No one is allowed inside. But I'll take him inside. Even though I could get into big trouble for doing this. Now as I sit in the car and wait, I get a text message from the salon advising on when my Goldie would be ready (see below) and I witness a whole bunch of pickups and drop-offs (see video below) in front, where there would've been more social distancing between my car and the employee. Oh and let's not forget about Jazzy Pawz updated COVID information HERE on YELP states that they provide curbside pickup (see below), but when asked, I was told curbside means in front of the salon's door. That's not curbside, that's pickup! As a black woman myself, who also owns a small business, I try my best to patronize other black businesses, because there's nothing like supporting your own. I brought my standard poodle to Jazzy Pawz for the first time today. They communicated with me through text messaging. Asked me for grooming instructions the night before and also sent me a contract to sign. Once I arrived, someone greeted me at the door and took my dog inside. I got a text 30 minutes before he was ready to be picked up. I was charged with my card on file from booking the appointment. I arrived right on time and he was finished. Someone brought him to the door as I walked up. Everything was so hands free and safe considering covid. Andrea did such a great job with his grooming! I can be particular and I was very satisfied with her craft. He looks so good and I'm so happy with the way Andrea groomed him! With regards to your response about "no one told you we used liquid bandage" - I am attaching a screenshot of whoever manages your text messaging stating in fact that "Andrea put a liquid bandage on it" (please see the photo). 2. With regards to your response about there being nothing wrong with the groom my dog received. Having a dogs nails done when dropped off for a haircut is part of the groom according to your website. Therefore, there WAS an issue with the groom. 3. With regards to me defaming your business, I have not. I stated a personal experience in dropping my pet off at your business as well as my own personal opinions with regards to the whole incident, to which I am entitled. 4. And yes - I previously wrote a 5 star review. As I stated in my opening sentence of my first updated review "This was our third or fourth time at Jazzy Pawz after previously stellar experiences with our tribe of four Yorkies" - so I even acknowledged the fact that we had had great experiences before. ****************************************************************************************** Now - here is yet another update for which I have uploaded screenshots of the conversation between Jazzy Pawz and myself. When this incident occurred, I was told the vet bills would be paid for. "If you have to take him to the vet then the vet bill will be paid by us." 5/27 at 2:27 p.m. "Whatever the vet bill let us know." 5/27 at 3:01 p.m. I was then informed by Andrea, the owner, on 5/28 at 8:44 a.m. that "I have refunded you the $29 for the call into Common Companion for the medicine and the $5 tip." On 5/29 at 6:59 p.m. someone from Jazzy Pawz reached out to inform me that "Andrea has refunded you the full amount of your grooming services for that day as well as the tip". I thought great - case closed. I checked my bank account today and noticed I had only received the credit for the groom and tip. I reached out yet again this morning to Jazzy Pawz with the following message "Hi - I'm showing the following refunds: 5/27 - $38.47, 5/27 - $34.00 which totals the $72.47 from the groom. I am still missing the refund for the vet. Can you confirm that was issued? Thanks." Jazzy Pawz went on to inform me they were not doing any more guest recovery and that I had left a rude 1star review. I responded indicating that they had said they would be paying the vet bill and that I was simply trying to find out when it would be paid. Jazzy Pawz went on to argue that I was only supposed to get my vet bill back and the tip and that they ended up giving me my entire groom fee back which was well over the $29. I let them know I would be updating my Yelp review yet again and that I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Georgia Department of Consumer Affairs as I have seen others do who have had issues with this business. The owner threatened to reach out to her lawyer because I was harassing and defaming her business. Not true whatsoever. I was simply trying to find out when the vet bill THEY said THEY would refund would be refunded. Simple. This is not how you run a business. This is not how you treat customers. I tried reaching out via text again to try to settle this and was met with beyond unprofessional customer service. I will be filing the appropriate complaints today. The owner responded in all capitals - which is pretty rude given that it implies she was yelling. I hope people searching for a new groomer will read her interaction and the way she treats customers. I had no responsibility to respond to the groomers text. None. As an owner, she could have picked up the phone and called me. She did not. I have no idea at this point who was texting me from their phone number - and quite frankly at this point it doesn't matter. As mentioned - no one has harassed or defamed. Simply tried to get what was promised to me. You still failed to admit that you were wrong in your initial response to my updated review - as you stated no one said they had applied a liquid bandage when in fact they had. I was recommended here from someone I trust. Booking was super easy and they had the most open availability, so I decided to give them a try since my normal groomer had to close her business because of COVID. They were very reassuring when I called to let them know about all the peculiarities of my 13 year old yorkie (blind in one eye, bladder problems, periodontal disease and preparing for teeth extraction). I get so worried dropping him off places he doesn't know because of his age and special needs. The process for dropping him off felt safe and was as contactless as possible. I was concerned about parking but since people aren't really out right now, I was able to find street parking no problem. The texting feature is so so so convenient. I was able to send exact pics of the cut I wanted and was notified when he was 30 mins from being ready. When I came to pick him up, he was smiling and wagging his tail. He seems like he had the best time. His cut is WONDERFUL (I booked with Selene). He's been strutting around the house knowing how good he looks! When I complained that I was not notified, and that it was almost 4 hours since dropping off my pet - you expected me to be understanding and gracious which is ironic because you did not afford me these things the day prior. As clients, we get penalized for being late or not doing the requested tasks but when the service is not rendered in a timely manner you expect us to be gracious - not cool. My service should have been discounted or I should have been given a credit or my dog a bandana or something. I won't be returning because of the unkindness of the owner and lack of communication. This was our second time at Jazzy Pawz after a great first experience, so it makes breaks my heart to write this review, because I really thought Jazzy Pawz would be our forever groomer, but the wellbeing of my furbaby is too important to brush this incident under the rug or ignore it. Our girl is an Alaskan Klee Kai and, like a Siberian Husky, double-coated with longer top coat fur and shorter curly undercoat fur - the kind of coat which is ill-suited for certain grooming tools or techniques, particularly The Furminator. While The Furminator is excellent for certain breeds, it is known to damage the undercoat for Husky-type breeds and in extreme cases has been known to cause irreparable damage to the undercoat, because it actually cuts/pulls these hairs in these types of dogs. Knowing this, when I made the online booking at Jazzy Pawz, I specifically requested in the booking form comments, "do not use The Furminator"... then again at drop-off, confirmed that The Furminator would NOT be used. So far, so good, right? Well, you can imagine my surprise when picking up my sweet baby and Andrea said that her grooming session was quick and easy, because she used (you guessed it) The Furminator!! Just to make certain and thinking maybe it was a Furminator branded brush and not an actual Furminator, I asked to see the tool used. She went and got it from the back and sure enough... it was an actual Furminator! Yep, the tool that I had asked multiple times NOT be used on our Klee Kai. :( I get that they are professional groomers and probably have done a great job for many dogs, but when an owner has a very specific request for a certain tool or technique NOT to be used and they confirm that request both in writing and verbally... why would you not honor that request? The only conclusion I can draw is that either they didn't pay attention when I made and confirmed the request (that's bad) or they just simply didn't really care what I requested and did what they thought was best regardless of my wishes (that's really bad). I have lost all confidence and trust that my pet will be well-treated at Jazzy Pawz. Disappointing to say the least. Now her fur looks choppy and uneven, chunks have been cut from her undercoat (see photos), and, to make matters worse, she is suddenly now scratching and clearly uncomfortable! Needless to say this was my last time at Jazzy Pawz, which is really a pity. If they are not able or willing to listen to a simple customer request, I'm not giving them my business. Please read the negative reviews below and don't take your pup to this place if you love her/him. Contrary to what they tell you, this place is essentially a sweatshop where they try to do the grooming in 1 hour and as a consequence your pet will suffer. All they care is quantity and not quality. When they told me they would do a full groom in 1 hour I was skeptical but I was hoping that they took the time with my pup. When I picked him up my pup had a cut on his private part and now has been scratching his butt with the floor because they also hurt his anal gland. I would never take my dog to this place again not even if the grooming was free. Seriously I had the worst experience. In addition to hurting my dog, this place has horrible customer service and seriously does not deserve your money. When I asked to talk to Andrea to see what happened during the groom or for an explanation of why they cut him, the receptionist kept telling me she was busy--avoiding any sort of explanation. When she came out finally she said she was sorry and there was nothing she could do with the worst attitude and in a careless manner. On top of all of this, I agree with Raina's review below, they do not tell you or ask you for permission to dematt your dog and charge you $15 additionally. I am 100% sure my dog was not matted because I am very diligent about combing his hair and when I picked him up they charged me for this. Make sure to have them check your dog when you drop him in to avoid the charge. We have been taking our 80 lb. Goldendoodle to Jazzy Pawz for 5+ years & our 45 lb. Goldenddoodle puppy for 7 months. Jazzy Pawz is the BEST!!! I don't know what we would do without them! Andrea and her staff always ask what our expectations for the groom are and they are always very communicative about how long it will take and when we can expect to pick them up. The Jazzy Pawz online booking system is very clear about their guidelines and fees. I have never had any surprises and have never experienced anything other than excellent customer service from this business. I feel valued as a customer and my dogs enjoy going. I have been very satisfied with Jazzy Paws. We have a Shih Tzu mix, and he always comes back home with a smile and a nice groom!! I love the ease of making a booking - they do have strict policies on vaccinations and cancellations but it seems very reasonable. Best of all is the text communication while my pup is being groomed. I get updates if they need to demat him, how much longer it's going to take and if I have any requests that I forgot when I dropped him off, I can easily do that without a phone call :) I make sure to schedule my pup's grooming with Andrea. On an instance or two I have noticed a little uneven cut on the underside of his belly with other groomers but no big deal. As long as there are no knicks and scars (which has happened at other places) I am happy!! They do use a sensitive oatmeal based shampoo, so my fur baby always comes home with soft smooth skin but on the flip side I wish there was more of a scent to it (I know I can't get everything). Overall, I am satisfied and will be back for my pup's regular grooming. Thanks Jazzy Paws! FYI: They do offer a loyalty discount, so you get a 10% discount I think on your 7th visit. This was our first experience taking our dog to Jazzy Pawz and it was unfortunately very poor. Someone contacted me the day of my appointment and asked what services we wanted. I explained we signed up for the "Tranquility and Trim" - which includes trimming our dogs' face and sanitary area (the around his groin). He has issues with paraphimosis, which I was very clear about, so I requested they focus on cutting low. All other groomers in the past have done this without issue. They requested we come in ASAP rather than our appointment time, which was an inconvenience for us, but we complied. The difference was 2 hours. Once he was returned, he had a wash and blow dry with extremely minimal trimming on his face and sanitary area. This cost $52 +tip. Picture of his sanitary area after is included which shows long hair and dirt. We called to let them know we did not receive thorough service, they said we could bring him back and they could cut him down more. However, as we inspected him, we found several knicks like the one underneath his chin (see image) and did not take him back. ***The groomer's photo does not show this area underneath his chin.*** We've never had negative issues like these with other groomers, but we wanted to try Jazzy Pawz because it was so well reviewed. We will not be returning. They did not inform us of any accidents while grooming. We would have happily done a different service to meet our needs had it been suggested by the groomer. read more

Been coming to Jazzy Pawz for 2 years now. My two doodles absolutely love Deja and get really excited when they find out they get to go to the groomer. One of my doods is NOT easy to groom and Deja is always patient and keeps her looking good. We come from Jonesboro just to get them groomed here. I am typically very pleased with the service here as far as my dog's grooming goes. Things that are less than desirable are the booking website and process. Very disorganized and needs to be updated. Secondly, I have been going here for over a year since I moved to Atlanta and I had an emergency meeting for work pop up at the last minute. I informed the staff and they told me I would have to forfeit my $30+ deposit. This is very disappointing because it's never happened before. I always am there on time for my appointments. Customer loyalty is clearly not important to this business and they operate as if they are a legit hair salon. It should not be this difficult. I always support black own businesses, but this one is coming off of my list. Book if your only expectation is to receive okay/good dog grooming. Do NOT book if customer service is important to you! read more

Disappointing customer service. We brought our dog to get groomed. Upon picking her up we noticed that a section of her chest was shaved deeply. There was no acknowledgement or ownership of the incident. We realize that mistakes happen, however, errors need to be brought to the owner's attention. When we confronted the staff about this incident, rather than being met with an apology or any compensation, we were told that perhaps the dog had a deformity of her chest (we have had our dog groomed many times without visible "deformity" of her chest). Bottom line, Jazzy Pawz has some room to grow with regards to their professionalism and customer service. We understand that mistakes happen, but concealing them is inappropriate and likely a reflection of the morals of the groomers. We will no longer be bringing our dog here. read more

Jazzy Pawz is the absolute best groomer in metro Atlanta! I found Jazzy Pawz by searching for cage-less groomers who would also accommodate my deaf Maltese. Jazzy Pawz staff went above and beyond to support Benji during his first visit, asking detailed questions of how to best support him while in their care. The team is now familiar with Benji and welcome him with open arms each time. The grooming process is always timely and well executed. Benji is always well groomed, clean, and topped off with a cute bandana. Additionally, my dog is white and is susceptible to tear staining and he always leaves brilliantly white. I would recommend Andrea and her team over and over. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would! Thanks for always taking good care of Benji! read more

Another dog attacked my dog here!!! Please beware!!! Poorly ran business. The customer service here is terrible. Initially, they were running about 2 hours late, but were going to charge me if I canceled my appointment. After talking to the manger, They then told me they wouldn't charge m the deposit. I needed my dog groomed because we had been traveling, therefore, I had to cancel my other plans!! They told me that the above was stated on the website regarding the timing and running behind with their grooming, etc. I reluctantly went ahead with the groom despite my other plans and not even 5 minutes after I left, they called me and said another dog attacked my dog because when they opened the door, the dog got out and bit my dog on the lip and that he was bleeding everywhere. They said that this other dog never does this. They then told me that they didn't know if they would be able to groom him because he's nervous and bleeding everywhere. They then proceeded to tell me to hold on and then when I was explaining what happened to someone, they said they heard my entire convo and that my puppy was now all of a sudden fine and the bleeding stopped. I mentioned that I would be sue due to their negligence of not properly montoring the dogs and they then told me I signed a waiver because they are a cage free facility and it's not their fault I didn't read the rules on the website. Because my dog had been out of town for the last few weeks, I went ahead with the grooming. I will NEVER do business at this place again. They don't take responsibility, awful customer service . I also don't like the idea of a cage free grooming facility. Owners beware of your dogs safety here!! UPDATE: They tried to rectify the situation and make things right and did not charge me for what was done, although, he did not get a full groom. They apologized and said Andrea would be following up with me. They also said that the other dogs owner would pay the vet bills had anything happened to my dog. I understand things happen and there is no control on how dogs respond to one another and I get appointments get behind, However I am still really disappointed in how things turned out and won't be returning there. So far I've brought my fur baby here twice and it's been a pleasant experience. Location. Inman Park - located next to the foot massage place. I love the location, because I get my nails done up the street at Passion so it's super convenient. If I don't need to get my nails done, Char is also located right around the corner and it's a great place to hang out to wait. Parking. Tons of street parking available, and there's also a parking deck around the corner. Unfortunately Jazzy does not validate (to my knowledge) but if you do get your nails done while you wait, Passion validated parking. Service. The staff at Jazzy has always been friendly. Every customer that has been in while I was in was treated professionally and respectfully and the puppies have all seemed at ease when they leave the salon. Puppy hair do. The first time I was so pleased with Cookie's cut! It was the perfect length and the blue paws were adorable! (Hair color is $5 per location-$20 for the paws) they did a wonderful job. Cookie doesn't particularly like the groomers, but he didn't seem too distressed when I picked him up which is a huge bonus for a dog mom. The second time I visited the cut was done well. Even and all, but I unfortunately picked a blade shorter than I wanted for cookies cut. That is entirely my fault so I was a little bummed that his hair was so short. I wish I knew the difference between the lengths. I should have asked though. As far as the service, they did a good job then too. Price. Jazzy is pretty averagely priced. It isn't pet smart so don't expect cheap, but it isn't way too expensive. Think about how much we spend on our own hair. It's relatively inexpensive for the puppy grooming ever couple of months. Regardless, it's worth the price to have someone treat your puppy well and cut their hair properly. I used to hate picking up my puppy from the groomers and his hair was uneven, too short and he was unhappy. Luckily that hasn't been an issue at Jazzys. read more

Andrea is truly unprofessional. Today 2/3/2022, I had an appt scheduled for 3:00pm. I was texted at 9:52am and asked if I could come in as early as 2:30pm; not that there was an "emergency". As I have a job myself, I said I could not make it at that time because I scheduled the appt for when I would be off work since I am a school educator. There was never any mention of an emergency in the beginning text message thread. (Which I will insert) But, if the "emergency" is severe enough, you can cancel my appt just work with me and my schedule because I was willing to do the same in your "time of need". All the open availabilities were not fitting to my schedule since I was leaving town that following week, hence the reason why I scheduled the appt for today. Now mistake me if I am wrong, if YOU cannot provide the service due to something on YOUR end, the respectful thing to do as a BLACK BUSINESS OWNER or any owner at that; is to accommodate your clients later. I kept reinforcing, I am an elementary school educator and cannot leave the classroom to get my dog groomed during the school day. Andrea wanted my dog to be groomed by groomers I am not familiar with, and my pet has already been nicked by a previous worker to where we went to the vet. So, I stated to Andrea that she is the only person I wanted to groom my pet after that experience. Please keep in mind this is the 2nd dog I have brought to this establishment. She is booked this weekend and I asked could she fit me in since again, I am accommodating your "emergency" especially when my pet is a small 4lb Yorkie Terrier mix. That's when the rudeness started brewing. She gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me "Your appt will be canceled because I have an emergency" and wanted to push my pet on someone else or basically saying "get in where you fit in" as it relates to open availabilities of the other groomers. I truly felt hurt because she did not know I had upcoming engagements and I was coming in today to suffice her schedule and mine. You want me to accommodate you and move around your schedule when things happen, but the favor is not given in return. I did not ask for another groomer, I scheduled with you, and you already knew the situation beforehand as it relates to my concern of her getting cut again. After she was not willing to squeeze me, she continued to talk to me in an aggressive manner. I sure did hang up the phone on her because we have nothing more to discuss. 1. You knew of the "emergency" since 10am that morning when you asked me to come in 30 mins early. 2. The rude and unprofessional behavior that occurred because you could not fit me in as I was willing to do it for you. 3. I continued to patronize your business and never left a negative review after my dog was nicked because things can happen. But after today, they will no longer receive my support. If this is how you want to treat people who have supported and referred your business to others, I can bring my coins and pet somewhere else. *Update* I do not know of a Kourtnie as my name is Kiara and I am clearly in your booking system per the attached pic. Accept the fact that you all were extremely rude and not accommodating to me, when I was willing to cancel my appt for your emergency when I had upcoming engagements and needed my pet groomed before travel. The least you could've done is fit me in on Saturday as I was doing a favor for you on Thursday. You be blessed!! read more
