Getting an appointment was quick and easy and the grooming, with a 9 AM appointment was done in about 2 hours! Parking is easy with an on-site lot, but it can get tight around lunch time bc there are some restaurants and a convenience store in the same strip mall. They have leashes, soaps, shampoos and various other pet supplies to keep your fur baby looking her best. I'm lucky I work nearby bc this will be my new go-to for all of my grooming needs (even if I live in OC...). Fresh breath, trimmed nails and barrettes included...

Apparently she closed the door BUT NOT ALL THE WAY and he maneuvered by using his snout to open the door. We are grateful that she was able to catch him because he was pooping at that moment, but if it would have been another ending of her not being able to catch him and loosing him, this wouldn't have been good. Ever since Jenni started grooming him, his skin has improved so much and is now pretty much resolved. What really stands out is how much care she puts into every visit.
